The Regency Guest House is efficently run by Nicole & Marina. Suitable for couples only. (No children allowed.) Decor simple and tasteful. Rooms equipped with modern furniture that is elegantly, thoughtfully matched and colour-coded with fabrics and wallpaper. The owners pay attention to small details, such as supplying hand-made soaps of exquisite fragrance, or a variety of leaf teas. Dining... More

The Regency really is a wonderful place to stay. We had not originally booked a room here, but ended up on their doorstep due to a rotten experience elsewhere. Hence we had no idea what to expect. What we found was the warmest, kindest and most genuine greeting. With a bit of tweeking the girls quickly sorted us the fabulous... More

You can tell that one of this lovely couple (sorry - forgotten which one!) Has a degree in visual arts, because the decor in this b and b is exquisite. The welcome was lovely, the brekkie brilliant, and the rooms wonderfully appointed and super chic. Oh - and high quality bedding with luxuriant sheets. Wish I'd been staying for more... More

Stayed here for two nights while we had a go at the Wiggle Long One Sportive. Cannot fault a single thing about the place. Tried to book another weekend for the next bike ride, but no spaces left! We had a lovely time and visited a couple of restaurants, but the culinary highlights have to be the breakfast and tea... More

We stayed for 6 nights, during this time we visited Goodwood Festival of Speed which is around 30mins away. Nicole and Marina are so friendly and welcoming which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfasts are amazing and the room was spacious ,we even had a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on! If you are looking to stay... More

What can I say thats not already been said by others? Nicole and Marina really care about their food and it shows, if you stay here (or even you just pass by) I would recommend you make time to return in the afternoon for tea (a well curated selection) and fantastic home baked treats. Beach towels in a bag was... More

Nicole and Marina should be really proud of these reviews.. they're truly deserved and I echo all the positive comments by everyone else. Our arrival was a personal greeting, the room shown to us with thoughtful detail and everything was spotless. The bed was huge, and the shower-room was gorgeous. When Nicole says she's happy to help she really means... More

Nicole and Marina are warm and welcoming hosts. The place has been meticulously renovated in brilliant style. Our room was large, superbly appointed with lounge, table, comfortable chairs, separate shower and toilet, filtered water and selection of teas and coffee, large TV and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful - great selection of freshly cooked items. Location is an easy... More
