I stayed at this gorgeous B and B in June and loved every minute. Why stay in a hotel when you can experience the character and charm of a place like this. My room was a single and had the most comfortable bed, doona and pillow I had experienced in 6 weeks of travel in Europe. I had the most... More

Stayed at Copyhold Hollow for 3 nights in order to attend the Hickstead Derby. My friend and I were attending Hickstead for the first time and wanted to stay somewhere within easy reach by car/taxi which wasn't a stupid price. We found an absolute gem here. Francis, the owner, was such a lovely person. She made us feel as if... More

Had a great time last week at this beautiful B&B. The garden is lovely and our room was so comfortable. Francis is the perfect host, and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend and we will definitely return when we are next visiting family.vv

Frances has a lovely personallity and a good sense of humour. Her home and garden had all the atmosphere and facilities we were looking for. A perfect home cooked breakfast and a lovely bedroom with soft duvets and beautiful bedlinnen. This old house was restored to its original style and yet the interior has all modern conveniences. You need to... More

Highly recommend this delightful B&B. Set on a quiet road with lovely views over the fields. The bedrooms are immaculate - I stayed in the double room which is very spacious and well worth the money. The house itself is full of character and charm having many of its original features. The tree house is definitely worth a visit on... More

A warm welcome from Frances, a lady with many interests and tales to tell. She made us feel completely at home in her wonderfully restored tudor home. Her delightful garden reflects her enthusiasm and knowledge of plants.

I stayed with my wife here last week and loved it. We chose it from an old guide of ours which had included Copyhold Hollow due to its garden, and found ourselves at a beautiful cottage which does actually sit in a hollow. The garden is lovely, sloping steeply up to a wood beyond, with a magnificent copper beech at... More

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to write your review - especially as you delighted in High Beeches - my favorite local, woodland garden. I am glad you and your wife enjoyed your time here, and hope it gave you a breather in your hectic lives. More

This was my third stay at Copyhold Hollow and the best so far. Frances was as welcoming as ever, the log fire was a joy and we had every comfort we needed. The garden was just bursting into life, primroses everywhere and even the weather was perfect.

Frances has such a wonderful way of welcoming you that you do not feel like a customer! She is a very interesting person whom I really enjoyed talking with. Her house is beautiful and charming and the room and bathroom were spick and span. I also had the opportunity to visit her garden in the morning and it is a... More
