This was our third stay at the Shoreline Hotel on the Butlins Bognor Regis park. We have stayed each time in a Columbus Quarters room. The rooms are a reasonable size, with a separate kids area with bunk beds and a second tv. The rooms have air conditioning which you can switch on or off, and select what temperature you... more

This was our 3rd time staying at Butlins so we knew what to expect, the staff within the hotel were very friendly and welcoming as always and it was nice to see some familiar faces! 1st of all the staff: From check-in the receptionists were brilliant, we were welcomed by lovely young girl cant remember her name but her badge... more

The purpose of this hotel seems to be, to force you to spend time and money in the park. Not very relaxing and very small rooms with not even so much as a curtain to separate the 2 bedrooms. Stupidly positioned next to the nightclub and a very busy carpark. The restaurant was was nicely decorated and the staff were... more

We stayed at the Shoreline for 4 nights. On arrival our room wasn't ready, we were told to go away and come back after we'd recieved a phone call, after 2.5 hours we decided to go back and see if our room was ready, which it was. We went up to the room and were very impressed with the layout,... more

We stayed at the Shoreline Hotel for four days with our three year old grandaughter. We had a Neptune ground floor room with a patio which was OK, but not brilliant as there was absolutely no privacy and not even any net cutains to pull over the full length windows during the day, so coming out of the bathroom after... more

We checked in and were kept waiting for a short while but the service was helpful and pleasant. Our room was fairly clean but not perfect, usual dust on tops of wardrobe and door frames ect. The hotel communal areas were the same with some areas we are certain, have not been cleaned since the hotel opened. We noticed the lack... more

My daughter and I had to stay here to due to a function at this property. The accommodations we had were in horrid condition. The door was very marked with luggage knicks, etc, and the frame of the door was rotting--not a very good first impression. Things did not improve once we entered. The materials used to construct these buildings... more

It was my father-in-laws 80th birthday and my friends daughters 16th birthday so we decided to surprise them with a weekend away at Butlins. We thought that it would be an ideal place to go as it was not too far to travel from the London area, the entertainment would be suitable for both young and old and that staying... more

Having selected the 90's big weekender break on self catering basis, we decided to upgrade to the shoreline hotel as a last minute thing. Im so pleased we did! The hotel itself is positioned right in the heart of all the main attractions including pubs clubs main stage swimming pool & eateries. (some of the chalet accomodation is quite a... more
