Best Thing :- THE EXIT. Worst Thing :- Everything Else. There were stale crisps in the bedside cupboard and the handle from the door was broken , a broken door on the bathroom unit with the remnants of the door sticking out, ripped furniture, no curtains meant as soon as it was light you were woken, a window without a... I dont know how our agent could have booked us into this place. We arrived with a group of children and had to move room five times. This place is a disgrace. It is filthy. We are just gutted. It is a hellhole. We would be better off on the streets. Our trip has been ruined.

We stayed here one night (what we'd booked thank goodness!) and have to say that the photos on the site are extremely deceptive. We almost missed the hotel as it's nestled amongst a row of shops and isn't distinctive in any way. We weren't sure where to park so stayed on the road outside. On entering reception, we were greeted... More

Wow! Where do I start... Walk into reception to be greeted by the strongest smelling air freshener! Receptionist dished out the keys from a bag like it was a lucky dip, he gave us directions and sent us on our way, was a mission to the room climbed the thousands of stairs that were ahead of us hall ways in... We visited here for the weekend, although after reading a few really bad reviews on trip advisor we tried to cancel our booking only to be told by the hotel receptionist we would have to pay the full amount for cancellation so understandably we decided to give it or try! Upon arrival on the hotel we were greeted by a... More

This has to be the worst hotel ever, at best it is a hostel. From the car park to the bedrooms. The reception staff are very rude, the bedrooms are FILTHY, not even a dog can stay there. I wonder why the environment health authority haven't closed it down. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

Me and my friend stayed on 22nd March (had a concert). When we first arrived the receptionist was friendly then gave us directions to our room 409. When we finally climbed up the thousands of stairs we arrived at our room. The door was dodgy as it was locked but it still opened slightly, we then walked in and my... More

We had 2 rooms booked. A family room and a double. Myself and my husband went without my daughters to look after my mother in-law said it was shabby. It was worse! It was dirty with boarded up windows. An extra door our key didn't fit and the chain was broken. We didn't feel safe. Went to see my mother... More

I stayed here once before, and although my room did have falling-off wallpaper, it was comfortable and I slept well, so despite the terrible reports what do you expect for only £20. So I decided to stay again. This time my room's bathroom was partly carped and stank of stale urine, so much so I was nearly sick. I dared... More

Let's start at our arrival, get out the taxi and we are greeted by a gentleman telling us to get back into our taxi as he is leaving for a different hotel. We laughed this off and went o to reception to be greeted by the strongest smell of air freshener I have ever smelt in my adult life. I... More
