Sometimes you have to admit that you have made a mistake. In this case booking this inn was a very poor lack of judgement. Firstly check when the photo was taken as it doesn't look like that now. The Inn sits near a busy roundabout with road noise, there is poor parking outside, the service is a little dismissive. Service... More

on arriving the entrance area was rather smart and nice, but our experience soon went down hill after that. we eventually found our room after travelling through dirty smelly halls and staircases. Finally finding our room `bumble hole'. Well it was a hole, mountains of dust everywere. Books full of mites, broken bed with a flat mattress than sank in... More

We stayed here for 1 night as we were visiting family in the area, we wanted something cheap and cheerful as we were not planning on spending much time there. We arrived and it seemed OK upon booking in. When being shown to our room we were led through a labyrinth of dirty corridors and "grannys kitchen" which looked like... More

My friend and I have just finished our stay here. We booked a twin room and after looking at two rooms we finally found the right one. First of all we were given a double with no window (very dark) then a family room but not good for us. Our third room though was perfect. Lots of light, two beds... More

My Fiancee and myself booked into this hotel twice. The first time we had a room very very little ventilation and no window. The second time is when the real problems became apparent. The self proclaimed Hotel Manager, insisted that I or my Fiancee cancelled the booking, basically calling us liars. Then after I stated the cost of arriving and... More

Right.... Where shall I start! Me and my girlfriend arrived at the hotel and parked our car in a messy unsafe car park. We then walked around the hotel and noticed many cracks in the windows, dirty walls and even some towels hung up for curtains (Amazing first impression)! We then went inside and got greeted by the freaky camp... More

Staff were fine, but walked in there's a horrible old smell, the bathroom ceiling is so damp it's newly falling through! I don't know how that place is aloud to let people stay there!! I wouldn't even stay there free if given the chance!!! Was in there 5 minutes and walked out didn't even stay the night!!

I just cannot believe that somewhere as awful as this exists in this country. I can't believe it hasn't been closed down. I can't express just how terrible this place is... I'm not a snob, I understand that this is a budget hotel and for that reason I didn't expect much, just somewhere half decent to rest our heads for... More

We wanted a cheap room and came across this. Although the rooms were not up to we couldn't complain at £25. After we settled we went downstairs to the little bar and BBQ grill and wow. First impressions were very small but after sitting down we really enjoyed it. Very friendly and welcoming people and wow what can I say... More

Well, where shall I start when reviewing the Best (worst) Inn Hotel? I shall start with the wasteland of a car park which was trashed with litter and broken glass and looked like it could be one of Birmingham's prime dogging or cruising spots. The greeting me and my girlfriend had at reception was a bit frosty to say the... More
