I have visited this hotel 25th-27th August for 3 nights; bed, breakfast & dinner. I arrived at the Ramada late on Monday night as I had travelled from sunderland and was greeted well by the hotel receptionist. He was really friendly. He checked me in and explained as it was a bank holiday the chef wasn't at work so there... More

This Hotel on first entering looks ok.How wrong you can be. The corridor to my room had a Tray of dishes lying on the carpet clearly from the night before. This was at 5pm. The carpets could do with a good clean in the corridor and in the Bedroom. This could be a decent hotel if it was given a... More

Chose this hotel based on the chains reputation. First walked in and thought this looks nice and contemporary, but smaller than I imagined. We were checked in pretty quick, although not given any info breakfast times etc. going up to the room, the hotel was quiet and also the rooms were being 'cleaned' as it was 2pm. We walked in... Stayed here one night for business. Decent sized parking at the front and back and its easily accessible. Was checked in very promptly by the man at the desk and he explained all the times for the dinner and breakfast(breakfast served from 7am). The lobby fairly well decorated and modern, on my way to the room on the third floor,... More

Noisy pipework in the ceiling of the room. Very shoddy breakfast experience, had to go and ask for the basics that were not there. Bacon like Kevlar & sausages like cork, clearly heated from the previous day. Shame as the room was ok otherwise.

I have never had any major problems with this hotel. There was one problem where we had to change rooms in the middle of the night however following a telephone call with the manager, he was more than reasonable. He gave us a 50% discounted rate to stay again which I believe to be very reasonable. Also, having had poorer... More

I stayed here for 5 night for work. The location is hand for the motorway but you need the window closed to avoid the traffic noise. The hotel probably was good but it has defiantly slipped in standard. The room is a good size but it is very dirty. The ensuite was also dirty, mould in the shower and bathroom... More

I stayed here with my partner and it was a bit daunting when arriving as the location is near the m5 and opposite a 24 hour asda. That said as soon as we walked in we thought WOW! It is beautifully decorated and staff are friendly. The Bed was huge! I loved it and it was so comfy. The food... More
