We use Travelodge around the country regularly. We encountered a problem here that we have found in other Travelodge sites and have previously reported to them. The bath room of the first room shown was thickly covered in a black mould, ceiling, walls and bath tiles. My wife suffers from a severe allergic reaction to mould which has caused a... More

Rugby Dunchurch Travelodge sits at the south side of the A45, a couple of miles west of the western end of the M45 and half-way to Coventry. The site is shared with a petrol station and a Little Chef (current - Feb2012 - opening hours for the Little Chef are 0800-1900hrs). petrol station shop is 24/7 for basic junk-food. This... More

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was pleasant enough and clean although looking slightly tired was certainly good enough for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy and linen was clean as were the toweling. Only one towel but more are available at request so no problem. Only gripe was room was cold at start but electric heater did the... More

Booked it online two days ahead - a great deal at £19.50 for the one night No directions or map on the Travelodge email, just a postcode and an unclear address (eg A45), and if you have a silly built-in sat-nav that doesn't do postcodes you might have big probems finding the property Staff friendly and helpful, hotel VERY tired... I took advantage of the special offer that Travelodge run if you book over 6 weeks out, however this low price should not affect the quality. We stayed in a family room as we planned to take one of our grand children with us, but in the end there were only the 2 of us. When we arrived late afternoon... More

staff excellent as always, but rooms in poor condition. We might have just been unlucky but the hotel did have a noticable niff to it.Bedlinen clean, walls marked and scratched ,mould on ceiling and walls of bathroom, sink stained, towel rail bodged with gaffer tape, grouting mouldy, bedroom surfaces worn.Second poor experience from travelodge recently wont be using again More

I've stayed at many Travelodge hotels and other budget accommodation but this was definitely the most tired looking. Staff were pleasant and there were no problems with check in. The room itself was clean, however there was a slight whiff in the air, possibly a little bit of damp. In the room tea and coffee were provided, however there were... More

We have stayed here a dozen times or more over the past 7 years and in this time they have repainted the walls, renewed carpets and painted window frames but the basic fabric of the building and the furniture are not really acceptable now - however cheap. The staff are, and always have been excellent. Reception and cleaners all do... More

Just an overnight stay, self and wife, to attend a Saturday morning sporting event. Despite a wealth of maps and written directions we drove right past it ! It is on the south side of the A45 (west of M45 end) and is easy to find from the M45. From Leamington direction, easiest is to travel along A45 to roundabout... More
