Fluffy towels, tea and coffee, lovely kind welcome. Chic, stylish just right after a long journey. Full "continental" breakfast. This B & B gets it so right - great value. If you find complaint here then you must be very picky!

This place is excellent if you are planning to stay in the Rugby area. Very centrally located for things to do and shops and restaurants, and a 25 min walk or 5 min taxi ride from Rugby train station - you can do days out to London quite easily (as I did) as train journey is only 1 hour. This is a brilliant place, I would recommend this to my friends and family without hesitation. When I mentioned how good Number 16 was to a relative living in Rugby they were very surprised, it appears that I found this gem by just good fortune.

We stayed here for two nights, Helen meet us, with a lovely warm welcome, helped us settle and showed us around, the B&B it's self was spotless, walking distance from town. Greeted each morning with a lovely breakfast and a warm smile. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We regularly come up to visit family in Rugby and by far this is the best place to stay. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with lovely touches such as fresh milk, bottles of water and upmarket toiletries. There is a large free car park and an exceptional continental breakfast. The owners and staff make you feel welcome throughout your... More

Echoing the opinions of all the other reviewers. Helen is a peach, and her restaurant recommendations essential! My only tiny quibble was the inability to get more heating from the radiators during the day, but I'm a bit peculiar that way.

Reading the other reviews, it's very hard to add anything new. But I'll try. I will definitely stay again because Number 16 is a really high standard boutique B&B - from the friendly and attentive welcome from staff to the really impressive finish of the shower area and separate toilet, and very comfortable bed, it's impossible to rate it other... Have just spent Saturday and Sunday night at Number 16, the whole experience was first class from initial phone conversation with the proprietor Helen to her warm and friendly welcome. We stayed in the William Webb Ellis room at the front of the building overlooking the road, traffic noise was not an issue due to excellent double glazing, modern decor... More

We booked the meeting room at number 16 so that we could meet at a half way point in Rugby. We received a great welcome and the service was very pleasantly informal and professional all at the same time. We had the meeting room booked for half a day - starting with a continental breakfast which included a superb range... More
