I booked this so called bed and breakfast for 14 nights whilst down on a course. I drove 3 and a half hours with email confirmation of my room with bed breakfast and evening meal to arrive and the woman say there is no room and deny my booking. After showing her the email she blamed her husband for not... More

I had a lovely week at the Hayes in June. My room was great with a big TV and a lovely big shower. Plenty of coffee and tea was in my room and free WiFi which worked without any problems. In the morning a wonderful English breakfast which was very tasty. Thanks Margo for my plant which looks good and... More

Visited the hayes B&B for a long weekend whilst traveling to visit friends. The traditional decor is fab and makes you feel instantly very cosy and very much at home. Rooms and wash facilities were spotless, (including the bath in 'The Apartment Suite' on the top floor which was a gorgeous room). The twin room me and my friend shared... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks, received a lovely warm welcome which did not end throughout my stay. Margo is lovely, and she creates a warm friendly, home away from home feel throughout your stay. A lovely cooked breakfast every morning and a home cooked 2 course meal on the evening (look out for the shepherds pie its gorgeous). The... More

Stayed for two weeks. Had a very warm welcome, a good nights sleep and a lovely breakfast. Evening meals are fantastic, you'll definitely not go hungry. I'll be sad to leave and if I'm ever in the the area again I'll be sure to get a room at The Hayes. Lastly I'd like to say a big thank you to... More

Our visit to nuneaton lead us to a Hotel a bit further away from the Hayes Guest House, it was cold, dark, and very very loud. We booked a room in the guest house at the last minute hoping for something better than our previous hotel. It was amazing, Margo and ray made us feel very comfortable and our room... More

I stayed the night of 31st October 2012. I had a warm welcome and Margo and Ray were very friendly. However the smell of cigarette smoke pervaded the whole house even during the night. I couldn't sleep properly for the smell. It was as though someone was chain smoking all through the night. I could't face eating breakfast so left... More

Stopped here for one night. Great value for money and was booked in such short notice too. Margo and Ray were more than welcoming for me and my two girls. Offered us a welcoming drink. Which was very much appreciated. The guest house itself was old fashioned yet modern, abolsutely lovely. Bedroom had all we required. Flat screen television. Free... More
