Really disappointed, booked a weekend away with my husband, which we had really been looking forward to, however on arrival having travelled a couple of hours we were told they had given our room away which we had booked in advance! No real apologies given and very annoying! So just be aware when booking vale farm, as you may not... More

Vale Farm is a working farm about 5 miles from the centre of Nuneaton. The accommodation is modern and tasteful with good use of lovely wood and stone work. Rooms are comfy, the ensuite shower room spacious and an electric shower so hot water always available. Nice touches include fresh rather than plastic milk for your hospitality tray. There is... Stayed with the Preston's at Vale Farm last weekend for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Was made to feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived and the room was, well just excellent: clean, beautifully built and presented and comfortable. Sitting in the courtyard with a book in the evening sun - brilliant. Breakfast was excellent,... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on business and thoroughly enjoyed it. The standard of accommodation is great, I especially liked the rustic feel of all the natural oak. Breakfast was delicious and included Kippers on the menu, which made a nice change. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, giving us fresh milk for tea & coffee in our rooms.... More

Stayed at Vale Farm while working away on business. The host was welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were extremely clean and were very comfortable. The building itself is beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic - the homemade preserves were delicious. I would stay again if working in the area.

Vale Farm is an excellent B&B (I rarely use the word excellent when describing a visit or service). The term B&B does not do this establishment justice! A very comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We'd been driving all day and happened upon Vale Farm and we're very pleased that we did. Recommended by the local pub, we were welcomed by Ethel who was an excellent hostess. Our room was comfortable and spotless. After a tasty meal and drinks at the pub, we had an early night and both of us had a peaceful sleep... More
