I have left it a few days to review this hotel to give it as fair review as possible. This hotel is a joke. They know they have a problem with their heating system. After a 14 hour flight from Thailand, my husband and I were beyond exhausted. Booked online at the unbelievable price of £30.00. Well. You get what... More

I should have read the reviews on this place. They have really noisy radiators that keep you awake all night. I've been to reception all throughout the night but it's unmanned and nobody will answer the buzzer. They've also got an emergency contact number but it's switched off, I mean what level of incompetence do these people operate on?!? I've... More

We booked this hotel for an Army Reunion and we were not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, modern and spacious and has everything you need for a visit of this type. The hotel set aside a separate area for the 20 or so of us and couldn't do enough to accommodate us. A great weekend that was certainly helped by... More

I was booked into the Chase as part of an awards ceremony with my employer and was allocated a delightful little room on the ground floor. The building itself is very grand and all amenities one would expect were present. The service was good during afternoon drinks, the ceremony was excellent and my fried breakfast the following morning was lovely.... More

Why the long wait for food? You should never have to wait more than twenty minutes for again pub fayre. On the plus side, the food is nice, the staff are cheery and professional and the room was clean and warm.

I have a couple of days' work in the Nuneaton area each year. In the past, I have stayed at the nearby Longshoot, which is OK, but I thought I would try somewhere different this time. A quick Internet search revealed The Chase Hotel - it looked reasonable, so I thought I would give it a try. Upon arrival I... More

basic rooms with comfortable beds. However the rooms were cold and we barely slept with the noise from the radiators. This was followed by food served under cooked and cold after waiting over 40 mins! would not recommend or stay here in future

Booked for a meal tonight, didn't expect all the tv's throughout the place and football fans and music playing it was so noisy you could hardly hold a conversation. Had to wait almost an hour for our meal even though we were asked twice if we were ready to be served. Husbands steak was over cooked but he didn't want... More

I can't review the hotel as we didn't stay there , but we did call in for food and it was cheap , tasted great and served beautifully. The service was warm and welcoming. Our meal came to just over £30 including drinks & starters and a side order. I don't have a negative thing to say.

Arrived late and had to make my way through a busy bar to get booked in. The staff were very welcoming and I was efficiently dealt with once the reception desk was manned. The corridors were noticeably warm which was welcome on a cold January night. The room was well apportioned and clean and although the bathroom was fairly tight... More
