Rooms are in good condition.however breakfast services was dreadful and waiter and waiteress were not friendly. we had to wait at lease 45 min for somebody to come and take order. food quality was not good enough in comparison with other Premier Inn branches. there shortage of food and etc as well. for... more

Very convenient to highway just outside Newcastle. Good room with all the basics. Had room next to the stairway - door slammed every time it was used. Quiet by 11:00 though. Overall a good night at a good price. more

Myself and my friend arrived a little later than the check-in open time of 2pm, i can only think this is the reason why the twin room i booked for our 1 nights stay had been given to someone else and we were left sharing a double bed in a room adapted for the disabled. Catherine on reception was very... more

I stayed with in this hotel when it was an Express By Holiday Inn and WOW what a difference now! They are currently going through a refurbishment to bring it up to Premier Inn standard by putting flat screens in all room and basically replace and renew everything. I have been told that they will have a full english offering... more

Can't fault it really. Not got a lot to say about it but it does what it says on the tin. Great location and everything you could want from a budget, business hotel. The Toby Carvery next door is fantastic. An absolute steal at £5, gorgeous food and the staff were very welcoming. more

Clean room with a good location just off the A1. The hotel is co-sited with a Toby Inn which did an amazing carvery deal for £5 if you eat before 7PM. Staff were OK. My only grumble was a less than perfect TV signal (which seemed to be the same throughout the hotel) for watching the rugby World Cup final! more

I stayed here this Saturday night with my two year old son. The room was fine, decor modern, bed good, staff fairly friendly. However, at 2am the room above us was invaded by 4 mindless drunken yobs who proceeded to shout and yabber at the top of their voices until it all ended in a fight over who had urinated... more

Stopped in This Holiday In For 3 Days Whilst On Business, Couldn't Fault The Inn. The Adjoining Pub, (The Toby Inn) However- I've Never Met Such A Group Of Miserable So And So's In All Of My Life. Absolutely NO Customer Service, Conversation Which Challenged My Hearing As I'd Have Called What They Did As Nothing More Than Grunting. Wouldn't... more

Typical modern lodge hotel. Good price, good room and basic breakfast. I did see a sign for a bar but just used the Toby across the car park for dinner and drinks. I would recommend this hotel for value and the use of the Toby. more
