Stayed there 11th May 2013. Very friendly greeting from Landlady. Room 6 on top floor last one available but fine for us as booked last minute. Nice touches to place and all very clean. Breakfast was good. We will use again as great value for money.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Elmswood Guest House. A very friendly and extremely helpful couple run this hotel. Excellent location,comfortable rooms,great food. Will definitely return.Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night visiting family. Very friendly couple run this charming hotel, and the breakfast was top notch. Location was great, with an easy 8 minute walk to the sea front. We'll definitely stay again in the summer! Highly recommended!
