Need more local eateries for longer stay visitors, would like to have had a clock radio and telephone available. Very clean and wonderful staff, loved the Snowy Owl Restaurant, nice fine dining for same prices of Pub eatery

Family stayed here over the Christmas and New Year period and every thing was just fine. Clean comfortable rooms, greeted by professional friendly staff and in perfect commuting location to the coast the city and the country side! Will stay again and recommend to others.

Four of us stayed for a junior sporting event. We were very well looked after. The staff were excellent - friendly, caring and helpful. The only issue was the single beds which are pretty uncomfortable.

Normally charged £36.00 a room, however this experience charged £53.oo family room, which appeared no difference from rooms I have stayed in at the £36.00 rate. I have always rated Travelodge as the best value for money, but this experience was disappointing

Inside- Clean, tidy and friendly staff. Outside untidy with litter and over full rubbish bins. Situated in between two main roads. Convenient for A1 and A 19 but not a great location. OK for brief stay and just sleeping- not much more!

If you don't mind staying a few miles outside the city centre (buses and taxis give a good link) then this is a great place to stay when visiting the Toon. It's got free parking, friendly staff and the usual decent facilities. At £60 less than the central town Travelodge (on this night) it's a good option.

I had even read reviews on here about problems with the water. We were in room 31 I think it was, and no hot water came out of the shower or bath taps. Before a night out in Newcastle, so i had to wash in the sink, I told one of the members of staff before going out and when... More

Just had a fantastic stay at the Travelodge in Seaton Burn. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel really welcome. The room was spotless and really comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any one needing a good value for money hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne.

We were on a budget and had booked a couple of days here to ensure we didn't overstay our welcome with family. On arrival we were told there was a problem with the water which meant there would a chance we might have to move but that they would try and solve the problem within four hours. Fair enough... When... More
