A warm welcome when we arrived, good sized room with a pleasant large en suite, the 'balcony' was not what we had expected. A step onto a flat roof which gave a lovely view but definitely needed some TLC. We dined in the Restaurant where Moncho looked after us very well, unfortunately my husbands meal was served cold, but this... More

Stayed here recently for a couple of nights. Booked through their site and got a fairly good deal around 55 pounds. A friend stayed in a better room with a balcony for 65 a night. Breakfast was 7.50 extra per day - I could take it or leave it. Staff were friendly but it was a bit like fawlty towers... More

Stayed for a weekend as we were going to a local wedding .Staff are lovely -friendly,helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were good -lots of choice and the cooked breakfast was hot and tasty. I thought the decor was a bit dated in places - the reception area looks as if someone with colour blindness has chosen the settees and chairs!... More

Okay guys the hotel isn't the Ritz but it doesn't pretend to be, if you want a hotel with pleasant staff, smiling polite receptionist, clean rooms, comfy beds, great, well cooked breakfasts I really don't see how you can improve on the Bridge house hotel .. I have to say I had read the negative reviews and I value the... More

Ok I admit that when we turned into the car park of the Bridge House hotel I was concerned and I did turn to my husband and say so. Unfortunately (or fortunately for visitors when finished!) the outside of the hotel is having a face lift, which it desperate needs as it looks a bit of a mess! But ignore... More

The reception area is bright and the staff were pleasant, helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The bedroom was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was in excellent condition and the shower worked well. The air conditioning also worked well and kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The balcony outside the ground floor room was a... More

I booked with Receptionist Mandy, arrived on July 25, and checked in to room 12. A nice spacious room overlooking the valley. It was hot, and a seat outside on my balcony was welcome. The air conditioning in the room was keeping it welcomingly chilled, and the bathroom was in pristine condition. Reigate Hill road in front of the hotel... More

Last Saturday 19th July I staged Sutton United 25th year reunion of them beating Coventry in the FA Cup. Months of preparation were made easy with constant feedback from the hotel management. Nothing was too much trouble and accomodated all our requirements. On the night the tables were superbly made up and again they were happy to make the people... More

We found this as a cheap nights stay for a friends 'do'. Arrived and we were very much reminded of the Cross Roads motel... but... my, my... what a pleasant surprise. It was a very hot day and the ait conditioned reception was a delight. We were dealt with in a friendly, efficient manner and proceeded to our room. Another... More

We stayed at the Hotel on Saturday night and after along hot journey( getting stuck on the M25 car park for over an hour) it was really nice that the air con had already been put on in our room for our arrival. I must agree with the comments of others that this really does need a good refurbishment! The... More
