I paid between £47 and £89 for 3 nights bed only, plus £2 Credit Card Fee (total £212). Although they don't list a restaurant in "Facilities" I wrongly assumed I would at least be offered a buffet breakfast at extra cost. Instead it was a few pounds for a juice and a croissant in a bag. The adjacent Chimes coffee... More

I am diabetic and when we checked in we asked if sweeteners were available - we were told they used to provide them, but not any longer! We arrived back after a day out at 11pm to find the doors unlocked, no one on the desk and we were able to walk into the Travelodge and make our way to... More

The location is central, restaurants and shops very close. The chap on reception was exemplary very helpful and friendly. Swan Ctr parking strange, pay every four hours then £5 overnight. The corridors and rooms need a face lift, wifi and PC available. Overall acceptable.

I stayed at Leatherhead Travelodge for the third time this year and it gets better every time. The new beds are very comfortable. Staff as usual very friendly and welcoming. I would suggest the shower head was either lower or movable.

We stayed in a £30 family room. The hotel is fantastically sited in Leatherhead high street near all facilities and is only a short bus ride from Chessington World of Adventures. For those travellers from outside London, be aware that the buses no longer take cash. We were caught out, and had to buy Oyster cards. The staff at the hotel... More

We were warned that the hotel was being refurbished but the inside was perfect and we only noticed in the morning that there was scaffolding outside our window. It was Sunday so it didn't matter. Very quiet and comfortable room - small, but what do you expect in a budget hotel? Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was... More

The Travelodge is inaccessible from the roads as it is on a pedestrian street, therefore it is not suitable for families, elderly or the disabled. The hotel is not signposted in the town so is very difficult to find. Parking is in the swan center, but there are no sings to guide you from this multistory to the hidden hotel.... More

Best things about it - very central, a good price, clean and we could bring the dog! Worse thing - the ghastly atrocious Breakfast box we fell for - £5 worth of junk- when there were lovely cafes on the doorstep! Reception should have warned us - I felt completely conned. Fortunately by the second night we knew better.

Stayed over on a Friday night. The manager behind reception was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are standard and very clean. Our room faced onto the precinct outside and with little or no sound proofing you do hear a lot around pub kicking out time, and also very early when the market is being set up. All of which can... Stayed her on a Saturday night, couldn't find the Hotel first but when I asked a local was pointed to a door behind me! Very friendly staff, room was a standard travelodge only thing that wasn't good was the scaffolding outside the window but not travelodge a fault! Location great, pubs, shops n places to eat in a 2 min... More
