Finding the Hotel This is where the stress began, according to the invoice printed off from Travelodge, simply typing the postcode into a satnav, or onto an online route planner will be sufficient. Unfortunately this directs you to a shopping centre car park. As we arrived approximately 11pm on a Saturday, this car park was obviously empty, and there was... more

I stayed at the Leatherhead travelodge for 4 nights. They forgot to clean my room (not once, but twice) They forgot to bring me my breakfast once. (Hotel doesn't have a breakfast room - they send you some items to your room in a doggy bag) Staff don't really care about you. They give a polite smile, say sorry, but... more

We wanted to visit the Flower Show and this seemed to be reasonably near. Hotel situated next to Argos in Swan Centre. We drove round a number of times before parking at the centre and searching on foot. Our experience really like others, clean, bed comfortable and plenty of restaurants nearby. We went to Caesars for dinner and Starbucks for... more

I stayed at this hotel before I'd read these other reviews, and I'm glad I did! I didn't find any of the issues that are mentioned in other reviews. Yes, the room was basic, with tea and coffee making facilities, a tv and a bar of soap the only 'luxuries' I could find in the room! But hey, it was... more

Well, it is really very, VERY basic. As somebody mentioned already, no telephones in the rooms, no shampoo, no breakfast. Minimum services. On a positive side, rooms are of a reasonable size. I decided to stay there because it is within a walking distance to our office. Will stay somewhere else next time. more

Booked a 15 quid travellodge here in order to start holiday early (Gatwick not far at all). Parking is nearby and is not a problem, get a voucher from the hotel and park overnight for a fiver. Lots of places to eat very close. Accomodation clean and tidy. Noise free. Would recommend for a nights stay more

The hotel is on the main pedestrianized high street hence virtually impossible to find when arriving by car, and offloading outside is difficult. On that note there is no free parking and the local multistory car park is GBP5 until 9am – more if you have a lie in. Access is via the shopping centre. Front desk people are jobs-worth,... more

One of the better Travelodge I've stayed in. Great town centre location with loads of retaurants around. If you want parking at night, you can simply park just down the road. more

I am a regular Travelodge user so booked this newly opened lodge (it had been open for only 4 weeks when I visited) for my first visit to Leatherhead. Being a single female traveller carrying a substantial amount of kit, the reputation and consistency of chains such as Travelodge is important. I had checked the brochure carefully before re-reading the... more
