We stayed here for a family christening, booking a family room for my wife and I and our two children ( 5 & 2). The room itself was great- very roomy indeed (apart from the bathroom, but that is managable). Breakfast was included in our very reasonable weekend special offer rate, and very good it was too. The hotel itself... more

Stayed here a couple of months ago whilst on a training course in Surbiton. Company booked and paid for the hotel, so I cant really comment on value for money, but I certainly didnt have any problems with the hotel. Arrived quite late after train delays, but was warmly greeted and told that although the restaurant and bar were closed... more

Booked in at the Antoinette for one night rather than face the 3 hour drive home after the Rick Wakeman concert at Hampton Court Palace. The website said it was 10 minutes from Surbiton Station.... OK, I'm not a speed walker by any means but it took me nearer 20. On arriving at 11.50pm we were informed by a somewhat... more

The Hoel promised that everything would be sourced locally for a very important event that we were staging at the Hotel, and that it would all be cooked by their Chef. The majority of the food came from the cash and carry and was inedible the cakes which should have been plain and cream were in fact tarts made with... more

I have just stayed at the Antoinette in Kingston as the Travelodge was full up. Well I will be speaking to our facilities manager to allow us to always book with these guys, as this was far superior and a similar rate. The place had a personality and the food was excellent I had a steak and bottle of red... more

I checked in last week to the Antoinette. The Hotel is large with over 100 bedrooms. I was greeted at reception and told I was in the ‘garden building’ a little worried I wasn’t in the main building I walked across the gardens (Which are nice and does not make you feel like you are in London). Anyway room was... more

Decent little hotel. No complaints.Clean, comfy bed, good shower, easy parking, helpful reception staff. You get what you pay for. £50 for a double. Its a good place to crash if your out on business all day or seeing the sights and just want somewhere to sleep at night. If you want a luxury experience, romantic weekend away book somewhere... more

We booked this hotel for it's closeness to Kingston as my daughter is at uni there. The position is great , the parking good, and the reception staff were friendly. I had asked for a superior room and we were sent out of the hotel to an annex at the back. It looked like 60's Butlins. The stairs had old... more

As we were visiting friends at Kingston upon Thames, we wanted a local hotel. Surprisingly there are very few hotels in the area, but this was a good choice. They had a great family room which took our family of five (2 adults and 3 children aged 4, 6 and 8) very comfortably. The room had been updated recently and... more

In apparenty impossible search for a disabled friendly hotel in northern Surrey and following lengthy phone calls to the hotel in an effort to ensure that it was wheelchair accessible we found, as is so often the case, that we had not asked the correct questions. - The shower was totally unuseable. (Impossible to get into using a wheelchair when,... more
