we had finished work late and decided to grab a bite before heading for our room, big mistake! Although the bar staff were lovely and couldn't do enough we didn't realise that they had to serve drinks, take orders and then go into the kitchen and "ping" the food. You would think that it's easy but clearly not, our food... More

Check-in was easy and efficiently done with the help of Farhan at the check-in desk. The hotel location and facilities suited my business requirements perfectly. The hotel is above a M&S store, there is a Esso and Tesco garage a short walk away and the hotel car park leads onto the smart-looking high street which has any number of restaurants... More

Huge travel lodge with easy travel links and plenty of shops and bars. Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Farhan at reception who efficiently and politely dealt with all of my queries and requests. Was able to point me to local transport, shops and was very informative about surrounding areas. Explained how breakfast and meals work and what... More

This hotel is excellent value for money when hotel prices are so high in the surrounding area. The rooms are fairly simple but contain all you need and the bed was very comfortable. Farhan was a brilliant host, welcoming, extremely friendly and helpful.

Very well maintained hotel and room. Rooms are all refurbed so are nice clean and new. Staff very helpful. Bar very good. A little bit of an odd location but you have trains and buses to everywhere. Breakfast good value too.

We stayed here while visiting Chessington. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. No, it's not a 5 star hotel, but it's not meant to be: it had everything we needed and was really good value for money.

Stayed here many times before 3 nights always family trips with the merlin pass. 1st day Lego land, then Chessington, Thorpe park...followed by central London. Check in is easy, although card keys don't always work. Rooms are basic but include beds, shower and toilet. Dominoes and other local takeaways available within walking distance. Plus the hotel is situated on top... More

The hotel itself was clean and tidy, both lifts were broken when we arrived which meant that we had to carry a pram, suitcase and bundle 4 children up 4 flights of stairs. Upon arrival we were given our 2 rooms on 2 different floors, I was not happy about this but staff changed one room so we were on... More
