This was a relatively last minute booking and, after reading reviews on Tripadvisor was pleased to find room available. The positives for this hotel are location - incredibly quiet, free off road parking and the lovely, welcoming staff. Coffee made for us on arrival. Our downside was the room. We stayed in the Henry VIII room, as a twin. Quite... More

Magnificent stay There is no other hotel like Chase Lodge Hotel. Every time I stay in, I feel like I am at home. The lovely environment, the excellent staff, the quiet sleep, the smell of morning coffee and the decoration of that place is delightful.

Upon arrival I was offered a warm coffee, the staff really did their best to make me feel content. The rooms look amazing and the hotel looks very smart . I found interesting that each of its rooms has a relevant name from a historical character in English History.

I've stayed twice now at Chase Lodge. I've booked the tiny single room and it's very comfortable. I love the location and the feel of this place - the owner and the staff are lovely and it's good value, no-nonsense, peaceful and nurturing.

Title says it all - the room was great, the service exemplary and its in a wonderful location, 2 minutes from the river, but off the main road so no traffic noise at night. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Excellent staff! I was unfortunately late checking into my room and a lovely lady from staff made sure to call to check in things were ok and gave details to get into my room. Upon arrival the room was warm and welcoming, the fact a light was left on for me made such a good difference. Lovely place and I'm... More

We loved our stay at Chase Lodge Hotel. We came down for a wedding and Denise was wonderful - she was super helpful in booking us a cab, we had a separate suite so we were able to come in late without disturbing people, and she was very flexible on check out time after our tasty breakfast. The room was... More

The Chase Lodge is a joy to visit every time..... Denise and her staff are delightful, so helpful and make you feel right at home. The hotel is well located near to Kingston and Hampton Court, with the railway station only a two minute walk, if you want to leave your car behind. The rooms are individual and well equipped,... What a lovely little B&B. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Parking was a little confusing as we ended up parking at the rear of the property for free! We stayed in the Mary Tudor Suite which was a tad too small, although this was stated when booking. The bathroom is looking a little tired and in... More

Found this little hotel on Tripadvisor and so glad I did! It's a lovely place, around the corner from the heart of Kingston upon Thames, and just over the bridge from Hampton Court Palace. Stayed here in the summer of 2013. We had a lovely family room (the Anne Boleyn if I remember) at the top for three of us... More
