I have now stayed here twice in the last month. I stayed in the very small (as advertised) single room on both occasions. I was very pleasantly surprised with the room, there is plenty of room for one and there is a full bathroom. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room are a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty of... Good comfortable hotel. Located near the centre of Kingston Upon Thames. Free parking at rear. Breakfast was good. Staff very accommodating. The rooms were large and well equipped. Great location. Recommended.

Booked here for 2 nights with friends who were over from Australia, the staff were very helpful, hotel was very quaint, excellent cleanliness, continental breakfast was plentiful. Train station is less than 5 min walk, we went into London on both days

I have stayed at Chase Lodge Hotel several times and it's always a pleasure to return. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quite stylish. I have stayed in three different rooms and they were all of high quality. Extremely comfortable beds with wonderfully silky soft linen, I certainly slept well. This small hotel is located on a fairly quiet street... More

On arrival, we followed the clues contained in an envelope to find our room, the Henry VIII suite at £125 per night, which in fairness, had been relatively recently refurbished together with the en-suite. However, the shower was little more than a dribble and it took a great deal of patience to rinse any soap/shampoo off. Reading other reviews, it... More

Booked for the Hampton Court Flower Show and assured it was within walking distance my fault for not checking how far as was 30 mins but feel it would have been helpful to be told that. Any emails were not replied to so had to resort to phone calls. Met on arrival by smiling young lady who didn't speak English... More

I've just spent a lovely night at the Chase Lodge with my wife Loraine - and we'd go back without a moment's hesitation. We stayed there the night before going off to the tennis at Wimbledon for the day - and found it the perfect base. We caught the train from nearby Hampton Wick station and took just 15-20 minutes... The Chase Lodge hotel has an attractive front and the interior is fresh and done out in restful greys and neutral shades with lots of mirrors which enhance the space and give an illusion of size. A friend and I stayed for two nights but our overall impression was one of lack of management. We had booked a twin room... More

I'm in London for work and I was booked here by my office. I must say I'm really impressed with their service, even though there was no one at the reception when I arrived, they had already emailed the door security code and information on what to expect. When I arrived, the door code worked :) and there was information... More

I stayed at the Chase Lodge hotel in March as I had an interview nearby. I arrived at 7pm and found a note on the desk giving me instructions to find my room. It was quite like some sort of treasure hunt/horror movie. I was staying in the (very) small single room near to the breakfast room. The room was... More
