We fortunately were only booked in for one night. The disinterested receptionist put us in a room where we discovered other people's clothes in the wardrobe. The chimney from the kitchen fan went up the wall of the room creating a continual 'roaring' sound. When we complained about the room we were told that 'the fan goes off at 10pm".... more
