We stayed here in June as we were visiting Wimbledon for the tennis. It is the second time we have visited, we had a great stay the first time we visited so didn't hesitate to book for a second time. Prior to arriving I called ahead and requested a room with a balcony. When we arrived we were allocated one... More

We stayed here soon after my knee surgery and the reception staff really couldn't have been more helpful through out booking, checking in and during our stay. Their kindness deserves a five star recommendation. We were given a well equipped room with good facilities except that the shower was over the bath so not very accessible for me! However the... I clearly hadnt researched this place fully as I was expected a family run small hotel, more like a b and b! It isnt massive but somewhat larger than expected...plus point, plenty of parking. My friend and I had booked a twin room, I hadnt expected such a spacious twin room and the decor was very pleasant. Bit of a... More

Booked into the hotel for 2 nights as it was shown as 4 star and was within easy reach of Wimbledon. Arrived at the hotel and we were welcomed by a very pleasant receptionist, Amanda, she booked us in, gave us our room key and off we went to our room! First problem, cardkey faulty, Amanda came to our rescue... More

Thank you for your review I am sorry about the various issues you have high lighted , no strawberries during Wimbledon is unforgivable . The main course dishes you have mentioned are very popular, so I am sorry you did not enjoy them . I was pleased to read you enjoyed breakfast . We are in the process of refurbishing... More

I got married at the Kingston Lodge Hotel on the 24th May 2014, it was an absolutely perfect day, the staff couldn't be more helpeful and the food was delicious. We stayed for a few nights before the wedding with my family & friends who had travelled down from the North and the rooms were really nice and comfortable. All... More

I stayed for two nights in relation to a work related trip and the hotel was booked through work. Having seen the mixed reviews, I was bizarrely looking forward to seeing what it was like, particularly as some rooms had been 'done up' whilst others hadn't yet. The reception and bar area were pleasant and welcoming, especially after a very... More

Really lovely hotel staff very welcoming and nothing to much trouble especially Conrad on reception food excellent really nice ambience within the lounge lots of nice comfy sofas/chairs. The only thing that let it down was our room the air conditioning was on but didn't appear to do anything which made the room uncomfortable, also there was coffee stains down... More

Lovely hotel and lovely staff make this a good stay but sadly let down by male orientated rooms...no shampoo conditioner or makeup remover pads etc. but naturally a trouser press! I've also never seen a smaller wardrobe. They were also behind the times as unable to offer lactofree milk and camomile tea which I would have thought standard these days.... More

We stayed 6 nights and it was the most amazing bed where I had a full nights sleep every night (unheard of). During the night no loud other guest noises. Rooms are in the process of being done up but our older room was perfectively fine, clean & comfortable. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful, sociable but professional. The chef... More

Average hotel ok rooms but chicken curry on the menu is not authentic as claimed. Also be careful with taxis they order for you even if you go to the local train station which is a 2 minute journey you'll get charged £10. And you'll only find out at the station.

Thank you very much for your review The cost of a taxi is the cost of a taxi we make no profit from it we simply provide a service to our guests by making the call and booking a taxi for them . I am slightly surprised by your comments about the curry we are complimented regularly about the curry... More
