Had afternoon tea today at Kingston Lodge for 10 of us and I must say it was very nice indeed. Fantastic service by the staff , in particular the Irish waitress who couldn't do enough for us. Plenty of everything and she even put some in foil for us to take home with us. I have been for some very... More

It's conveniently situated by a bus stop, which offers easy access to Kingston town. Our room was very dated, a lot of random patterns and bizarre picture frames chaotically situated around the room. The reception are very helpful except if you are going to Warren House, ignore their advice of a taxi, it's easily walkable. Breakfast was good!

I was really lucky to have won a couple days aways at this hotel. The original hotel had overbooked so the organisers booked the Brook Kingston Lodge Hotel with an upgrade to our room! On arrival our room was 208 a twin (which was ok as it was me and my daughter!) but an graded room?? It seemed like a... More

I bought a voucher for afternoon tea for my daughters birthday. Having arrived the car park had plenty of spaces which was good for the time of day (14.25). We were directed through to the dining room which had a courtyard outside to sit a well. We chose to sit outside as it was a lovely day. The waiter (I... More

We stayed here in June as we were visiting Wimbledon for the tennis. It is the second time we have visited, we had a great stay the first time we visited so didn't hesitate to book for a second time. Prior to arriving I called ahead and requested a room with a balcony. When we arrived we were allocated one... More

We stayed here soon after my knee surgery and the reception staff really couldn't have been more helpful through out booking, checking in and during our stay. Their kindness deserves a five star recommendation. We were given a well equipped room with good facilities except that the shower was over the bath so not very accessible for me! However the... I clearly hadnt researched this place fully as I was expected a family run small hotel, more like a b and b! It isnt massive but somewhat larger than expected...plus point, plenty of parking. My friend and I had booked a twin room, I hadnt expected such a spacious twin room and the decor was very pleasant. Bit of a... More

Booked into the hotel for 2 nights as it was shown as 4 star and was within easy reach of Wimbledon. Arrived at the hotel and we were welcomed by a very pleasant receptionist, Amanda, she booked us in, gave us our room key and off we went to our room! First problem, cardkey faulty, Amanda came to our rescue... More

Thank you for your review I am sorry about the various issues you have high lighted , no strawberries during Wimbledon is unforgivable . I got married at the Kingston Lodge Hotel on the 24th May 2014, it was an absolutely perfect day, the staff couldn't be more helpeful and the food was delicious. We stayed for a few nights before the wedding with my family & friends who had travelled down from the North and the rooms were really nice and comfortable. All... More
