Generally positive experience the room was nice and clean with comfy bed and good shower. Negative - Stairwell was dirty and smelled of urine and the cleaners were noisy when they were cleaning the other rooms.

The hotel is in a good location, it is clean and the rooms are basic . We stay here every year as it is close enough to get to Twickenham for the Army vs Navy and is fairly priced. the staff are helpful and friendly it is also in quite a busy area so plenty of places to eat and... More

I wouldn't stay here again. My room stank of cigerette smoke. Constant slamming doors all hours of the day. No plug beside the bed to charge my mobile. The TV had few channels which were very random, not all your standard channels. It is however a good location for shops and close to the train station

I booked a couple of nights there for a friend that was visiting, as it was the cheapest option in Kingston. Anyway, Travelodge is always my first choice for its excellent locations and, usually, reasonable prices. Normally, when booking you get 2 options, one is refundable until the very same day of arrival and the one they call "saver", meaning... More

Very small room and cramped bathroom with no bath facility. Have to say that pillows were very comfortable and the hotel served it's purpose as a base for the weekend. Had breakfast in the Wetherspoons pub about 200m up the road. Pre booked the car parking on the NCP website for £18 Saturday to Monday. Due to the one way... More

We stayed for one night and had a very comfortable break. The staff were helpful on both check in and out. The location is good, right in the heart of Kingston just 5 minutes walk from the station. There is a full range of shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. I was surprised to find a cafe and bar... More

After my stay at the end of January and the problems then I thought give it a second chance surely things will improve as I had complained to front desk too and did point out that I COULD be a frequent visitor as I have family down here but it was not to be. They seemed to have tackled the... More

Stayed here for a weekend. The room was to a high standard as far as Travelodge's go, with all facilities in the bedroom and bathroom to a good standard. Nothing was damaged or worn which is a first, we have stayed in many Travelodge's over the years and normally things are a little rough around the edges, expecting what you... More

We really enjoyed our stay here, my family of three spent 4 nights at the Travelodge Kingston upon Thames Central in April 2015. We had a family room on the 6th floor and could see the beauty if the city at night. However the toilet did have a urine smell and the shower curtain was hideous and this was changed... More

Only stayed for one night. Room was small and bathroom poky. Towels were old and not very white and one had what looked like make-up on it. I had paid for wi-fi but nothing came up on our phones to access their network. Very well situated; close to the station and town centre.
