Stayed for Saturday night for our wedding anniversary. Staff extremely helpful with arranging a delivery of flowers, put into our room as suprise for my wife. Dealt with 3 members of staff, 2 reception and barman who all appeared to like working there and were genuinely please to help. This hotel was once an old coaching inn and is well located in the centre of town. There's good carparking provided free for guests. The entrance to the hotel is unimpressive. When we first pulled up, we found a speace outside the front of the hotel. We went in and were warmly greeted by Volkan (that really was his name.)
