I recently stayed at The Kings Arms with my mrs for a couple of nights and it was the perfect get away. The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay so special. Our room had a massive TV and a super powerful shower! We ate both nights of our stay and then had sunday lunch before we left the... more

Fantastic hotel!. The rooms where spotless and the decor in beautiful period style. The staff were very friendly and the facilities great. The food was excellent and our only regret was that we only stayed for 2 nights, we wanted to stay for the rest of the week and will defo be going again especially in the winter when the... more

There were some good and some bad things with our stay at the Kings Arms. - Start with the good. - Location - it could not have been better, almost in Hampton Court itself. The Room - was quite nice - had a lovely four poster bed which was very comfortable, but the room was cluttered with bits of old/broken... more

When I booked two rooms at this hotel, I made it very clear that I would be using one room (the twin) for my two children, and the other (a double) for myself and my husband. I asked the hotel to be sure to put us close together. When we arrived, it turned out that my children were on one... more

Stayed for 2 nights and just returned. We had stayed at this hotel last year, under the previous management and although the hotel had service issues, at breakfast time, we enjoyed our stay. This time it was a different story. The hotel is now shabby and not so clean. The 2 rooms we had, both had problems. Our friends booked... more

My first impressions of this hotel was very dissapointing as it was not what i originally saw on a hotel website. The owners were away on holiday so the hotel was understaffed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very dissapointing and small, not what i would class as delux and the corridor carpets were very dirty... more

We booked this visit for a family Reunion. All rooms had problems, the evening menu in the restaurant is uninspiring, the food was cold and the service was totally inadequate. The next day we waited 50 minutes for our breakfast which when it eventually arrived was undercooked, apparently the chef was busy taking deliveries, there was one boy serving, replenishing... more

This is a truly dreadful overpriced hotel with appalling food and service. We were a party or 7 staying for a friend's wedding and as such I have seen three rooms and they all had issues. Our first room was ok but the bedside lamp didn't work and there was no hairdryer. These problems were fixed and I was just... more
