My friend and I stayed for one night whilst attending a concert at Hampton Court. The B&B doesn't have a sign outside which struck me as a little odd - and once inside, there is no indication that this is being run as a B&B - it did very much feel like we were just staying at someone's house (which... Great little place to stay, good quiet location and a friendly welcome. Bit surprised by the negative reviews, we thought it was very good value for money. Sure it wasn't a room at the Dorchester, but it was very comfortable with an en-suite and like staying with relatives, so we felt very much at ease. If we are visiting the... More

I really don't understand the negative reviews. We stayed in the en-suite room. Yes, it is a little tired and could do with a spruce up, but it was clean and comfortable and Sue, the Landlady, was really lovely and provided us with a good breakfast. You have to realise that it only cost £55 for a night. Yes, If... More

This is a great little place to stay, we were visting Hampton Court and it was only at 15 min walk from the B&B. Lovely big room, not the cleanest, a few cob webs, but towels, bedding, bathroom clean. So overall for the stay, this was fine. Nice to have Dove shower gel in the bathroom together with soap. We... Susan does a great job as a Landlord. Her home is warm and welcoming. Some B&B's feel artificial and fussy. This one doesn't. We had a lovely room with pretty bedding which overlooked the garden. As readers we were happy to have nice reading lamps on both sides of the bed as well as a nice selection of reading material.... More

The review that lists 'Ten Tips when staying at Wisteria Cottage" is an accurate description of our experience. I would add that the room was very very SMELLY. Anyone who rates this B&B as 4 or 5 must surely be related to the owner. One to avoid.

Me and my friend travelled down to see McFly at Hampton Court and wanted somewhere to rest our head for the night before going to London the next day. This place was just right! Just like staying at a friend's house as the B&B was a large and pretty house on a quiet street with many pubs and shops just... More

In view of the varied comments on other reviews; some factual aspects to enable you decide for yourself: 1) If you like Coffee, Sugar or Biscuits, bring your own - none are supplied, only a few tea bags & 4 Milk Sachets are provided (bring your own spoon as one is not supplied). 2) The socket for the kettle is...
