Conveniently situated close to bus & rail services. Staff, excellent, friendly & efficient.. Downside - Room , whilst very clean & warm needed some decoration, particularly in the bathroom where there was damp around the loo & peeling paintwork, also the carpet was stained in the room. We stayed for 2 nights in July for a wedding in nearby Cheam. We arrived in from Gatwick by train straight into East Croydon station which was a stone’s throw from the hotel.
