We stay here often and find consistently the high standard of cleanliness and welcome is always maintained. There are many little touches that add to comfort which may not be expected in a B and B. The situation is very quiet with a beautiful garden behind and for us the fact that our dog can accompany us is a big... More

Had a wonderful 2 night stay for my brothers passing out parade at RMAS. The rooms were spotless, great service, fantastic homely touches for example juice in the fridge, biscuits, tea coffee at our disposal. Beyond reasonably priced, would not hesitate to return! And will definitely return if needing to stay in that area again. Thank you Jane.

I booked 2 family rooms. It stated shared bathroom which is fine for a family, I did not however know that the very small bathroom (Shower, basin & toilet) was shared with all the other rooms on the facility. No access to the gardens as pictured on the website for my kids. Breakfast is a "help yourself" cereal and yogurts... More

As you paid by BACS, in full and in advance to avoid fluctuations in exchange rate, you were given a highly reduced rate for your stay. Under these circumstances, a shortened stay would not normally be legible for a refund. However, you were offered a full refund by BACS once the rooms were relet but you chose to have 50%... More

Great room. With sky sports, movies and cooking facilities. Will stay again if I'm in the area. Much better than a hotel. More homely. Only problem was the road leading to it. Watch out for the pot holes. Also clean and really comfy bed.......

I highly recommend Abacus B&B - I had a great stay there. Jane is really kind and helpful and made my stay very relaxed (especially as I was starting a new job at the time) The kitchen is a rel bonus and means you don't have to live on take out, and the sky package meant the evenings were spent... I stayed there with my husband last weekend and it was really nice. We got the house just for the two of us - I don't think it would have been equally good if there were other people using the shared bathrooms as well. You have to take a road with a sign saying it's a military property and go... More

I have stayed at Abacus B&B on a number of occasions whilst working at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Jane is welcoming and friendly. Each of the rooms has a fantastically comfy bed (and bedding). I love the fact that there is a fridge in my room with juice, milk, water and breakfast options. Each room has wifi, sky and great... More

Stayed at abacus for 4 nights while working away. As I arrived I pulled up dark unlit bumpy road and was worrying and soon as I got there I was made welcome and at home when I met Jane the owner. Shes so welcoming and kind. She showed me where around and the b&b was so clean with fully equipped... More
