Great hotel for a great nights sleep! Service is 5 star and so is the restaurant. Enough Said! You can always rely on the premier inn to ensure a goodnights sleep when you need it. The restaurant is a Taybarns which is all you can eat. Great if your on a budget.

Decided to stay here for 3 nights when visiting Alton towers. Good location short drive to uttoxeter with cineworld restaurants and tesco. Close to Alton towers and easy well signposted drive - we usually stay in trentham when visiting Alton towers and found this was a much better location. Food as expected from these places although staff appeared to be... More

Good location for Alton Towers. If you decide to book only do if you can be guaranteed the newer block (there are 2 buildings) we were in the older one. Room was smelly, carpet dirty, bathroom smelt of urine, drains very smelly. Could only move us upstairs which wasn't much better. I had to buy a bottle of bleach at... More

I always find the staff at Premier Inn's to be alot more attentive, welcoming and helpful than other hotel chains. This Hotel is no exception, with smart, clean and comfy bedrooms. I had a few questions and queries at reception and these were all dealt with professioanlly and with no problem. The pub next door was just as good, with... More

Having stayed here last year there was no way I wanted to chance somewhere else. I called in advance to see if the room we had the previous year could be put on the booking request. This was done with no problem. Arrived and checked in and felt at home. Extremely comfy bed. Restaurant staff were attentive and again nothing... More

Stopped here for an overnight stay whilst in the area greeted and checked in by a young man named Lucas who is a credit to Premier Inn. Room very clean and comfotable with air conditioning and very quiet so had an excellent nights sleep even though its near a busy road would definatly use again and recommend to others

I stayed here with my partner for one night as we were visiting my partners brothers pub for New Years Eve. The room was really clean and comfortable and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

We turned up after a long drive only to be told at the reception that our family room was on the 1st floor (NO LIFT) even though we had a child in a wheelchair !!!! Luckily a young lad 'Lucas' was on duty who managed to find us a ground floor room (sadly needed making up so we had a... More

This establishment was the same. Quick check in, very clean room, comfy bed, tea and coffee fascities and a quiet nights sleep. I think we paid... More
