Worst meal and service I’ve experienced in a long time! First time we visited we were told there weren’t any tables for 2 and we would need to book. Bit odd as it was a huge hall and surely they would have had enough tables. Re booked and wish we hadn’t bothered! Had to wait for ages to be served... More

Stayed here for a wedding nearby only for the one night. To be honest that was enough for me. Good points were the bedroom was fairly clean, bedding and towels very clean. 5 mins away from the actual wedding venue which was handy and also the breakfast was really nice and cooked fresh. Bad points were the decor is somewhat... More

Stayed over at the Cedar Tree Hotel, As it was cheaper than getting home. I found the room to be warm, pleasant and clean, though needs some decor updating. Had a reasonable nights sleep - good for me! - and the shower was great in the morning. The breakfast was good and plenty, and i would recommend to friends and family... More

Stayed here in December. Booked on late rooms. Turned up at 0045, and check out was 10. Tried to have a shower and had no hot water. Floor was dirty, bed sheets smelt damp and TV remote didn't work. We both smoke so went down for a fag to be told this we couldn't have one incase we wake up... More

Entrance tired & dated, but a nice welcome from the reception staff...Switched the light on in the room, dreary....Bed looked like it had been made up in a rush.....Decor similar.....After going to the loo, noticed an earwig (live) in the bowl..(where was it before I flushed, as I haven't done a bush-tucker trial recently)...Then after turning on the hot tap,...
