The hotel seems to be fairly new and is very clean and comfortable. Staff were brilliant. Arrived late so didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant but did have breakfast and this was good. The location is not fantastic as its built right next to a power station which spills a lot of fumes from the huge chimneys!

We had a very good couple of nights at this hotel. The staff were friendly in both the hotel and the restaurant. We arrived late on Friday, and were still offered the chance of dinner, which we accepted with it being delivered to the room. I went back to get another drink, after 10pm, and was offering pudding even though... More

We stayed here for two nights and went to Alton Towers. The hotel was modern and clean, really well presented. Parking was good and it was over the road to a Macdonalds perfect for the family. The journey to alton towers was fine and I would highly recommend the hotel for its position and it being clean fresh and modern.

The staff were friendly, chatty, and so helpful. The cleanliness was completely up to standards, and everything that we needed which wasn't in the room (Iron and ironing board) the staff were always available to help. The location was brilliant, half an hour away from Alton Towers, there was a Tesco and Morrison two minutes away, has a McDonalds literally... More

Always a safe option, premier inns yet again fail to disappoint. Member of staff always present, and extremely helpful. McDonald's only a short walk across the road too. Breakfast in the morning was the standard full English, self service which was great (a few I've come across aren't?). Would he happy to stay in any of your hotels again.

Ignore the naysayers moaning on about the power station. Yes the power station is next door but it is clean and completely silent. Anyway, no-one stays at a Premier Inn on an industrial estate for the scenic views - you stay for the free parking and the convenience, so get over it! We had an excellent stay - lovely clean... I stayed here with my family last week for a family partyin the area and was amazed at how friendly and smiley the staff were. Nathan (the manager I think) interacting with my children as well as ourselves and this really impressed me, for a young man to have those values is rare these days. Claire the receptionist that was... More

Cant fault this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, quiet, nice pub/restaurant next door. Exactly what we wanted for £29 a night for a family room. Yes in industrial estate but quiet and no noice/smells from it.

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed at this hotel , my only complaint this time was I had no hair dryer in the room but as soon as I mentioned it to reception I was given a new one from the back , we didn't hear any noise from the power station or macdonalds across... More
