I had booked the coastal tides spa staycation offer for both myself and my friend for the 22nd August. We booked for the 40-minute Hoar Cross Hall Signature treatment, the Sunshine Touch Body Scrub and for after the 15 minutesTwinkle Toes Pedi Paint. We were extremely excited for the spa day as I had previously been and had such an... More

I was traveling on business in this part of England, the hotel is supremely comfortable, the facilities are heavenly, surrounded by beautiful gardens. MI three day visit was not enough, this spectacular atmosphere, unsurpassed attention deserves another visit, that I'm programming with my famliy before next summer.

My wife and I booked a 3 night stay at Hoar Cross Hall and we would recommend it to anyone. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the gardens are well designed and maintained, the food was excellent and the spa areas were fantastic. The room we had was of more than adequate size. Didn't hear a peep from the guests either... More

My daughter and I had a lovely overnight stay on Aug 9th and enjoyed all the facilities such as gym, classes, archery, tennis and spa. The food was a bit hit and miss but we certinly didn't go hungry. We had upgraded to a luxury room and this was gorgeous. Unfortunately we had a nasty collision leaving the hotel (please... More

Facilities were great, the place wasn't too busy which was great - It's always a major let down when you can tell a place has crammed as many people as possible in! We felt the treatments were a bit expensive so didn't have any but still had a brilliant day trying out everything! The food was lovely and exactly as... More

We stayed here mid August through a secret escape deal. I have not used a spa hotel before and feel I may have now been spoiled. The spa is very extensive and impressive but could do with some maintenance in a few spots. The main house is extremely impressive. We found our selves sat in the hallway next the grand... More

Visited 16.8.14 group of 4 ladies. We havent visited for around 12 months and there have been a few changes since. The main reception now doubles up as treatment waiting/collection area, I don't see this as an improvement it all seemed a bit Dr's waiting room...much nicer when you had to wait down at the treatment reception..bit more special and...
