We hired a 6 bed caravan and was really impressed it was very clean and well looked after. The staff where very helpful telling us about the walks and came as soon as possible when we found that the battery in the smoke alarm had gone flat and started bleeping.

Stayed in March on a grass pitch (camping). Had the entire field to ourselves; toilet block, family bathroom, launderette, pot wash and play area were all very close. Owners were helpful and very friendly. Quiet, clean camp-site, and just down the road from Alton Towers. WiFi available for a fee. Facilities were always clean, warm and well stocked! No complaints,... More

We stayed here last weekend for two nights. On arrival the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. One of the men walked us around to the pitch and even helped us back in. (No motor mover for us) the site and it's facilities were really clean. The children loved the park. We stayed here whilst we enjoyed a few... More

What a surprise, scenic, so well kept and friendly. Being an OAP I was worried it would be to close to Alton Towers but a mile away so got to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lovely surrounds. Brilliant location for walking and a little pub just down the road for tea. Thank you

Family of 4 booked in for three nights from September 25th with our touring caravan and had paid a deposit of £25. We phoned the site around 6pm and left a message to say we would be arriving later than expected due to leaving home in Lancashire later than we had wanted. We set off to hook up but discovered... Lovely campsite. We booked 2 nights in a static caravan for an Alton Towers trip. 2 night for £154. 3 bedrooms - slept 6. Well appointed and clean. We were situated right next to the play park so great for the kids too. The staff were just brilliant, couldn’t do enough to help you. Friends in the next caravan had... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit Alton Towers for the day on the Saturday. Welcomed on Friday evening by three friendly helpful staff who showed us our pitch and gave a run down on the rules and facilities. Great pitches with plenty of space around - to say it's such a big site we never felt crammed in. Toilet... More

It was our first camping trip as a family. Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and very organised. We were shown the onsite amenities on the way to our pitch. We were shown to pitch no 85 which is a lovely and flat surface. Electric and water supplies were both very close by. Visited the toilets and shower blocks... More

Stayed for 2 nights self catering. Very clean everything you could wish for in the caravan. Nothing going on on site. Chio van visited saturday night. Very good idea, fish nice, but chips felt like they had been dipped several times. Not cheap at £6 per portion. Would return due to proximity of Alton Towers.
