The property is amazing. The rooms, the grounds, the garden...awesome. I say this all so that I do not dissuade others from staying here. However, I must make my experience known. Note: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOCK YOUR ROOM. The hotel does not issue room keys. This is not terrible, because they issue you a house key, but... More

We were very disappointed to read this review. All prior reviews have been highly complimentary regarding the quality of accommodations, services, breakfasts and helpfulness and friendliness of the owners. We very much resent guest’s statement that we “ lied” regarding the status of the original room they booked. This is simply false. We discovered a problem with the shower in... More

Nice accommodations with a delicious gourmet breakfast. The proprietors are very gracious, offering wine, beer and snacks. A beautifully restored home with beautiful gardens. We stayed in the loft room, which was spacious and comfortable. It was hot and humid during our stay, but the a/c kept us comfortable.

We only stayed one night 10 days ago while visiting my grandmother who lives nearby. It was a very good experience- the property is lovely and the gardens are just gorgeous. There aren't any hotels around there with very good reviews, so we were more than willing to pay for something better. It is located in an older part of... More

This was our first experience at a bed and breakfast. We were staying for a family trip to see my wife's grandmother, who lives near the inn. Bill and Jackie made us feel immediately welcome, explained where everything was (including beer and wine and glasses) and basically said "make yourself at home, we'll see you when we see you." They... More

We found this B&B thorugh a google search. And it was a great find.. I have already looked into using them for all my visits to Oxford. It is far more comfortable and inviting than any of the hotels in the area. The breakfasts were suberb. They are even located close to a running path that goes along the river.... More

A true gem and stellar B&B experience ! Jackie and Bill, are wonderful hosts - genuinely welcoming, engaging, and accommodating in every way! Impeccable rooms, fabulous organic gourmet breakfasts, evening glass of wine - good wine! Coffee to your taste <extra strong, whole milk, real cream, etc., no problem>. We selected Rossville for a medical vacation - to be with... More

This large late 1880's home is beautifully appointed inside with antiques and decor to match the architecture. The rooms are spacious with impressive 12 foot ceiings. We visited with the hosts holiday decorations in place in each room---it was very appealing and cheerful. The breakfast dinning room is large and well appointed...seating large and small groups. The breakfasts are delicious... More

Stayed Aug 11-13 in the Fleur de Lis room; clean & comfy. Nicely-appointed historic home off the main drag of Hamilton; loved the tall ceilings and spaciousness. Was in town for the W&S Open and found the Lindner Tennis Center an easy 20-mile ride away. Hosts are welcoming and attentive to your needs; b-fast and service are first-class. You will... More

The minute you arrive you feel like you came back home for a visit. Bill & Jackie, treat you like family immediately greeting you with a nice glass of wine, and after a long drive it was a welcome treat. We were able to enjoy the backyard with my brother and sister-in-law where we also met new friends. With great... More
