We only stayed here one night for a family get together. The weather was warm so we used the pool and sat on the balcony - like being abroad. Were impressed with hotel itself one we found it. Staff were nice. Fabulous views from their drinks terrace. more

Just come back from our second visit to the Webbington. We had a great stay last time but this was even better. Our room was huge with a four poster bed and a large bathroom with seperate bath and shower. The views were amazing! We spent a few happy hours in the pool and sauna. The staff are very friendly... more

Great central point to base yourself when visiting Cheddar, Wookey, Glastonbury, Weston and the surrounding stunning country-side. We went for the half board option, which was terrific value for money and the food was great every night. The general manager Andrew, was wonderful and a total gentleman in carrying our bags to our room following check-in, as one problem is... more

A lovely night in a great hotel, excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly and accomodating for our friends four month old baby. Restaurant food was excellent, staff very efficient. The lay out of the spa facilities was not ideal however the sauna, steam and pool were clean and provided us with a relaxing couple of hours before dinner.... more

We just got back from two midweek nights at the Webbington hotel. Firstly do not follow your sat nav here you`ll end up two miles up the road. Reception was friendly. The room was freezing during the day- boiling at night, on arrival our room key didn`t work, duty manager came to let us in with the master, said settle... more

Met on reception by a cheerful helpful young lady who welcomed us well and showed us to our room in the annexe. We stayed in one of the two flats on the ground floor and did not experience the problems referred to in earlier reviews. Bathroom was clean with a good shower over the bath. Heating was definately on and... more

We stayed in the Webbington Spa hotel in the 1st weekend of February, 2009. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Whereas the decor of the hotel might have been a bit dated in some people's eyes, and yes, you can hear the M5 (although by no means is this a Motel, this hotel is situated on a hill,... more

After reading some of the reviews on here about this hotel I was really worried about staying there, BUT this hotel is lovely. The location has lovely views and is easily accessable for Bath, Bristol, Weston Super-mare, Cheddar and many other places of interest. On arriving at the hotel I was pleasently surprised by how nice the place looked, I... more

Hotel has great facilities, at a good rate. The restaurant food is excellent, and breakfast is a buffet style service. Free WiFi Internet acces in most areas. The rooms in the rear bulding can be very dark due to the large hill directly behind the hotel. If you can get a front room, in the front building the views are... more
