Marsh Bridge Cottage - Simply the best! Jon & Carole are naturally welcoming & friendly hosts. Happy to help with any requests/requirements/local information etc. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, warm & very relaxing - wonderful log fires. Hearty breakfasts, scrumptious cream teas and delicious evening meals. Idyllic situation amid beautiful countryside.

This is the most perfect place to stay if you want peace and tranquility. Gentle sound of river sent us off to sleep each night. Lovely clean room with excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful hosts Carole and John including cooking sausages for our dog who had stopped eating his normal dog food! WiFi was also... More

An excellent location for our walking trip to Exmoor. Carole and Jon are brilliant hosts. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing power shower awaiting us after a 10 mile hike! Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of it, which set us up nicely for our treks! The views from the rooms are stunning and the location is quiet and... More

This b&b is excellent for relaxation, walkers and if you want to be in close contact with the nature; the views from the rooms are so pretty and peaceful. I had the opportunity to stay in all rooms and so can say that all of them are very clean and cosy; it feels just like home. The hosts are super... More

Carole and Jon are warm and friendly, very accommodating hosts. Upon arrival, I was greeted with tea and made to feel very welcome. The setting of this B&B is exceptional and my room provided me with everything I required. When my bike chain broke, Carole and Jon went out of their way to ensure that I obtained a repair in... Just a few nights at Marsh Bridge Cottage and I was very sad to leave it behind. It's a lovely B&B in an idyllic location with some of the most amazing food I have ever had. Everyone should get the chance to taste Carole's cooking! The rooms are homely, clean and comfortable with great views of the river and the... More

We were warmly welcomed and nothing was to much trouble. The room was big and spacious with a big ensuite with a great shower. The room had a great view of the river and Exmoor beyond. Every night we had a excellent home cooked three course meal and then sat in the cosy lounge downstairs with a roaring log fire... More

Lovely place with very clean and comfortable accommodation and generous portions of home cooked food. Carole and John were very welcoming and it was lovely to have a log fire in the cosy sitting room in the evening. Location is fantastic, beautiful riverside setting with Dulverton about a mile away and a riverside path through the beechwoods if you prefer... More
