We have stayed here now on a number of occasions. The excellent rating says it all really. As good as ever. Dulverton has everything you'd want in a small village and is an excellent base when exploring the surrounding countryside. What more can one say. Highly recommended.

Quiet location even though in the centre of the village. Superior establishment - comfortable bed - spacious room - delicious breakfast from local produce - like visiting old friends. Nothing was too much trouble. The Easter bunny biscuits (which were a surprise) came in useful as they were used to bribe our granddaughter on 2 separate occasions! We will be... More

I can't rate Town Mills highly enough. Clean, warm and very comfortable!, oh and the breakfast is top notch. You would have thought you'd known the hosts for years, friendly and welcoming because there nice people. It's like popping home. Dulverton is a great place, good pubs and restaraunts and friendly, helpful locals. If you visit this part of the... More

Family of 5. Spotlessly clean, great bed and big breakfast. Great for families and right in the centre of town although v quiet. Most of all though the owners couldn't have been more hospitable. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed for one night in a very spacious comfortable room. Lovely cooked breakfast and very hospitable hosts! Well worth a trip... Dulverton itself is stunning with lovely restaurants, cafes and delicatessens so no need to use the car to eat well while staying.

Whatever I write is of no account , you just have to try it your self. I can only say ,every thing was well beyond expectations ,especially the flask of port which seemed to fill its self. Fantastic. Try the scrambled eggs just the best ever.

We had made a last-minute booking for a single night, and wished we could have stayed longer! Warm welcome, beautifully furnished and well-equipped room, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom ... perfect! The B&B is well situated close to restaurants and tea rooms (just across the nearby babbling mill stream!), so we found its location very convenient. Our room looked out over... More

We extended our stay in Devon this summer by staying at Town Mills for 3 nights. The first thing you will receive at Town Mills is a wonderful welcome from Allison & Charles with on this occasion a lovely pot of tea & a chat. They have a mind of useful local knowledge to pass on. The rooms are very... More

We received such a friendly welcome on arrival and would not hesitate to return another time. The rooms are large, comfy, and clean rooms with all the extras you might need provided without needing to ask, such as a hair-drier. Nothing is too much trouble, eg booking a meal at the local pub and recommending places to go. Alison cooks... More

A friend and I stayed in this lovely B and B last weekend. We received a very warm welcome from Alison and Charles, who took great care of us. The rooms were large and comfortable and had all the facilities one could need (including a generous supply of white port!). The breakfasts were large and tasty and kept us going... More
