Stayed at the Elm Tree Cottage on 14/06/14 for one night. The hosts were very friendly indeed right from the moment we arrived. The room was warm, cosy and very clean. The shower room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious home cooked and there was a great range of cereals, fruit, yogurts available. I would definitely recommend this B&B and... More

David and Bev were great hosts and made me feel very welcome. My room was warm and cosy and had brilliant views of the countryside. The Shower was excellent, nice and hot. I really enjoyed the breakfasts. A good selection to choose from, very tasty and the coffee was very very good. As the B&B was very close to Nailsea... More

Stumbled across this little gem whilst looking for some accommodation prior to a meeting I had in Clevedon the following day. The entrance is a little tricky to find in the dark (took a couple of passes in the car to find it) and the drive is not for the faint hearted; but once at the top the cottage stands... More

We stayed down there for a dear friends funeral. The house was fabulous, warm and welcoming. The hosts were great - nothing was too much trouble. I was under the weather both days and never made it down to breakfast, however David would have made me anything I wanted and he did and my hubby brought it to my room.... More

Very clean and well appointed room if a little small . Excellent breakfast with a very good choice. The position and view is great but the current weather spoilt it a little. The drive is steep and parking a bit tricky in wet conditions but would be ok in the dry. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful and obviously... More

Pleasant stay and thoughtful service. Ample cereal and a good choice of breakfast options. More might be made of vegetarian despite the hosts being of that persuasion. Comfortable rooms and adequate appointments.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights, David and Bev could not have been more welcoming. The rooms are fresh clean and modern and ours had a fabulous view. The breakfasts were so delicious with plenty of choice, quality ingredients and copious tea and coffee. The attention to detail was very impressive. David was kind enough to run us... More

An exceedingly pleasant stay at Elm Tree Cottage. Wonderful location, marvelous rooms/accommodation! A lot of care and attention to detail put into the whole package from the breakfast to the beautifully turned out rooms. A warm genuine welcome by the owners made this stay a relaxed & enjoyable time spent. 100% positive!! Will be going back again one day.

Would certainly recommend this place. We were in Nailsea for a Family wedding and arrived slightly late. When we asked David about local taxis, he advised that they were a bit hit and miss (advise you pre-book as he was spot-on there!!!) so he offered to take us to the wedding venue in Nailsea - very impressed. David and Bev... More
