Have been in camp sites all over the world and have never experienced service like this! We were told where our cabin was on a map at reception, however, they could not give us a copy! Why not photocopy? We couldn't find cabin so went back to reception where we were made to feel very stupid for not being able... More

Stayed here early July, last minute booking for a couple of nights. This was a very busy week around Weston area, so this was the closest we could find. Me and the Mrs. stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. We didn't stay at the 'park' long but when we did it was thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed in the... More

4 night stay (midweek). We turned up early as getting there was easier than we had predicted. This was no problem to the Lady in the reception. We were given the Cheddar Lodge which was a stones throw from the lake (as I had hoped). We were pleasantly suprised at the quality of the the lodge, either brand new or... More

Ideal stop over for a night, reception gent, wanted payment by Debit Card even though booked online using a Credit Card. Quite location, with Wifi in the clubhouse. Room clean and basic with fridge, TV, only one mains socket in the appartment. Happy with the price we paid.

We had a very nice 8 day stay here. The superior lodge had everything you need (except a loo roll holder!). Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Food in restaurant is very good but breakfast pricing is confusing to say the least. Charging for extra cup (not mug) of coffee seemed rather mean. Extra provisions such as tea, coffee clean... Works as an good holiday base for exploring North Somerset. The chalet was a strictly prefab structure with a scanty 3-4 metre space between units, the rooms were clean, the mattresses a bit lumpy but the linen crisp & clean. Hot water aplenty and toilets working albeit with the shower fixtures on the cheap (ie. easily breakable) side. The kitchen... More

The lodge was very clean and had the basic things needed for a weekend stay! You had to take your own towels, cleaning products, toilet roll etc... but it was all worth it. Angelina's restaurant is a great value for money and staff are polite and helpful, the pub is fun but there needs to be another person behind the... More

Lovely place for a family day out. Staff are friendly and animals are too. Its not expensive so dont expect too much but all in all good few hours out. Need it to be dry or some wellies if its been wet as it is all grass walking.
