We stayed in a superior room which was really spacious with a good sized bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities and the added bonus of a small table and chairs. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the towels in the bathroom were of good quality and size. There is a basic but adequate clubhouse and the staff are really friendly.... More

We don't even know were to start as we have so much to say about this great place. Like all things in life, nothing is perfect so we will start with the bad things in our opinion. 1) The cleaner/s are letting the place down tremendously. We had to go and buy £30 worth of cleaning stuff as the place... More

Totally enjoyed my time here, reception very pleasant and informative, chalet was ideal, a good sized room including fridge, tea/coffee and tv, separate bathroom with a shower/bath. Had a drink in the club whic was a good size, did not eat there so cannot comment. will definitely stay again.

After staying at Warrens a couple of months ago and then returning we were really disappointed. Both times we booked through booking.com but our accommodation was really different both times even though we paid the same. The first time we visited, we had a lovely wooden lodge which was although simple, clean and adequate. It was roomy and we'll maintained... More

Arrived at 6pm and was met at reception by a friendly lady. I couldn't at first find my chalet and went back to reception and again very helpful. I was away on business and couldn't find anywhere to stay so ended up here. The chalet was ok, curtains were too thin and the bedroom very bright due to the street... More

We stayed here in a chalet for one night recently as we were going to visit our son in Clevedon, and as it was a last minute decision, no where else was available. Our first impression was not good as the reception was closed when we arrived and we had to check in at the bar. I was not happy... More

Staying here is a bit like staying in a Butlins chalet. It's OK for the price but is quite basic.Ok if you have kids but not as comfortable as a hotel.I would say if you are staying in Clevedon for longer than a night then a hotel would be more appropriate but in my instance we went for a reunion in... We booked a superior double room, for a weekend visit, as our son has recently moved to Clevedon. If this is SUPERIOR, I dread to think what a standard room would be like. The room smelt fusty, the furniture is very basic and tatty, (needs replacing) . The bed was very low, with 3 pillows, that rustled like crazy. Nothing... More
