We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend just gone. I've stayed here before and it's definitely the staff that make this hotel. We arrived after 7pm after a lengthy drive to be greeted by a lovely member of the reception staff. We were allocated room 4 on the ground floor which is just through the quiet zone. Really comfy... Booked 3 night stay with family. Room was clean and staff very friendly. We were away from the car park which I'd read could be noisy and we had no problems with noise. Facilities in room adequate. We booked breakfast which was fine - same as we get in our local Premier Inn. Would not recommend eating other meals there... More

Used to be good 2 years ago but now found standard completely changed. Rooms were not served properly, no extras in room, stairs to drag your own suitcases up the stairs by yourself. Restaurant used to be great but breakfast was OK but dinner was limited in choice and not appertizing at all. Regard Premier as trying to capitalize on... More

People are always to quick to complain about a stay but my stay was brilliant. I was in a nice size room, there was 2 adults and two children aged 6 and 1 everyone was happy. The room was quiet and very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Kids are given an activity bag which is great. I would recommend... More

Staff were friendly had a nice welcome on check in which is good as a first impression. Room was spotless and comfortable. There was a fan in the room and the window was open with the curtains drawn for us which meant on the hot evening the room was nice and cool. We didn't use the Brewers Fare next door... More

we booked in as passing by on way home from cornwall. we like premier inn as it is always clean etc. unfortunately when we got to the room there was no window. there was a velux window high up in the roof but too high to look out of and no pole to open it anyway. a fan was provided.... More

As the saying goes - it does what it says on the tin. Have stayed at many Premier Inns before. Generally represent value however this one was a bit more than I expected to pay. DO NOT stay in rooms backing onto service station /A38. Rooms 61/59/57 etc. Plenty traffic noise.
