Friendly welcome from Michelle (if my memory serves me right), who explained thr Premier Inn guaranteed good night's sleep. Warm weather so she offered a sheet in place of the duvet if my wife and I required it. There was a fan in the room.

The hotel is situated a short distance from the M5 which is useful, however it can be expensive considering its location (we paid £80 for the room). Meals can be had from the adjacent Brewers Fayre (cheap and cheerful food) which is looking a bit worn. It is next to a petrol garage that has a mini market and a... More

Hotel was small and on a site which included a large petrol station with fully stocked supermarket which proved useful. Breakfast is in the pub next door so in the morning you do have to go outside which is awkward if it's raining! Hotel is one of the older style ones but very clean and functional. No telephones in rooms... More

This hotel feels old fashioned, the food is frankly dreadful and the wifi doesn't work. The service is however great as per other premier inn and it is also very clean. The breakfast is average and the evening meal is so poor I had to go elsewhere. Everything seems to be deep fat fried and the buffet looks vile. The... More

Stayed here for one night as we were stopping off after a long drive down to Devon. This is a good location for people travelling, not too far from the motorway. Huge shop just across the road from it where you can buying t and cold food. Staff lovely and helpful, rooms huge. Couldn't hear any noise in the rooms,... More

Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights with the family, as we fancied a short break in Somerset. Have stayed here before. Very easy to find, just 5 minutes off the M5, convenient for a stop over or if visiting Somerset. Staff very friendly, room clean, big floor fan supplied. Only issue with room is pathetic hairdryer, very slow and... More

Room and facilities much as expected, this is why we always use Premier Inn's. But one member of staff, Emma, was exceptional. She pushed the boat out to help us fix a non working TV and gave us the entertainmant we needed after a long and tiring day. Thanks from us and our 8 year old grand son.

Hotel stop over on way to Newquay. No complaints, family room was big, clean and tidy and served its purpose very well. A good night sleep was had by all. Restaurant next door was handy and good value for money. I recommend the curry night! Just a shame about the kids play area, too many older kids playing in the... More

Looks like all the other Premier Inns and you visit the pub right next door for meals. All fine. What did stand out though was that every member of staff both at the hotel and for the meals were extremely pleasant without being intrusive. I stayed there for two nights. The room was clean and tidy. Everything worked as it... More
