Having eaten at this restaurant a number of times, I thought I'd give it a review. Always comfortable and plenty of seating to choose from. The bar area stocks a good range of drinks, including local ale. Food quality is super and always Fresh. Overall a great place to eat.

We ordered 2 steak meals, desserts and drinks. Very happy with the meal. The steaks were cooked to perfection and everything was hot and fresh (only a minor complaint about overcooked peas). The desserts were super too. I had a jam rolypoly which was a steaming delight. My partner had a chocolate brownie which was good too. The service was attentive,... More

I stayed here for two nights on a work related visit. Checking in was slick and straightforward. The room was pretty cold and the thermostat was set low and in addition the secondary double glazing was not closed completely. However it did warm quite quickly. The room had been cleaned well however there was a sizeable stain on the carpet... More

Slow service with a waitress that seemed to have better things to do than serve. Awkward at checkout as they wouldn't split the bill to allow for separate transactions easily. Food was nice but nothing special.

My niece and her husband recommended The Admiral's Table to meet up for a Saturday meal. Not having visited this particular pub in many a long year, we decided that it was the ideal location. Especially as it is roughly halfway between our holiday cottage in Burnham-on-Sea and their home in Bridgwater. As soon as we walked in through the... More

We called in at the Admirals Table for lunch and having heard poor reports were most pleasantly surprised, so we returned for a weekend carvery and this was excellent. Parking was easy, always an important matter with me, the staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful and the food was well cooked, well presented and tasted great. What more can we... More

Stayed for 3 nights with our children. If you are not use to cars, you better don't open the window, but than is too hot in the room, just turn the heating down. Rooms are clean and the cleaning service comes every morning. Tv, tea and coffee facilities and two hairdryers we had in our room! Breakfast is good, think... More

This is the ideal place to visit if you like cold food and rude staff lead by the rudest manager in the world. I have never written a review on Tripadvisor before but after the cold meals and poor customer service I have experienced in this place I had to say DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE.

We haven't been to The Admirals Table for some time but decided to go there today for a Sunday Roast. It can only be described as excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection, as was the veg. Fantastic home made yorkshire puddings. Very helpful staff and would highly recommend The Admirals Table. Thank you. :)

The hotel offers a good range of food and drinks. The table service is much better than the type of service when you stay at most premier inns as well. The rooms are of a reasonable standard and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only downside I have is the rooms that face on to the... More
