Room looked ok on first impression, however we had no central heating in December, which resulted in condensation on the walls. Additionally we had no hot water and the TV didn't work properly. Staff weren't very welcoming when we checked in either. The Odfellows Wine bar itself is a nice place, but don't recommend the b&b as it doesn't feel... More

I stayed here on business and once is enough. The room was very shabby and I would have expected better for the price. A travelodge would gave been better. When the staff finally managed to check me in I was just left to find where the rooms were on my own which I finally found after asking another customer as... More

Lovely room, but my view was of a brick wall, which was a shame. The TV wouldn't come on, but the Wi-Fi connection is good so I could get telly on my laptop. The loo didn't flush easily and the shaving mirror in the bathroom didn't work, so I fear I left the room looking like a clown!

Great value - freshly cooked, great choice and the kids ate free! Lovely Sunday lunch treat out. Plenty of staff on hand, clean, welcoming, great choice and food piping hot and tasty. Very impressed and would definitely return.

Visited last week. The food we had was very good, but the service from the young girls there was not, although they were a friendly bunch. Oddies should invest in proper waiter training and teach them how to be observant to a customers needs. They should be asking me if the empty glass on my table could be filled with... More

Stayed for one night in may. Room 3 is large, with a double and a single bed. It is very clean and tidy, as is the massive bathroom. Slept really well with the window wide open, not massive amounts of traffic. The only thing missing was the bathroom mirror? And the smell of paint suggesting work on progress in the... More

Went here for food after staying near by. Staff were very friendly and helpful as they were busy and we hadn't booked. The food was lovely and well priced. They had a great selection of drinks and i will be going back soon.

well the welcome was slow and cold, as the bar was busy and the staff didnt seem to care too much! the rooms are next door to the pub so you park at the rear of the pu, walk through the whole pub trying to get past half drunk people and are shown back out of the front door onto... More

It's a strange little place, the Od Inn, next to Odfellows wine bar. Being basically an 18th century house, it does have plenty of character in the seven rooms, but they are of very quirky dimensions. I stayed in rooms 1 and 7, 1 is a standard room, small but adequate, with a fine view of a brick wall three... More
