Stayed for two nights. The accommodation was clean and well presented, absolutely ideal. I paid extra for breakfast on both days, which was well cooked and well worth the money, cheaper to pay in the hotel on arrival than paying in the restaurant. Unlike some places I've stayed the wifi worked perfectly, 30 minutes free and then £3 for 24... More

Our uncle lives in Oswestry and we haven't visited him in 6 years, so glad now for the Premier chain of motels as an alternative to bed and breakfasts (we don't like to stay in peoples homes) and the poor Travel Lodges. This was our first stay in a Premier and it's very basic but everything was fine and the... More

Yes, it's a Premier Inn, but it cannot be faulted. Clean, comfortable, all the services needed for a nights accommodation. However, hands together for the excellent staff. Engaging, friendly and not a robot. Well done.

Stayed for one night as part of a tour of Wales and the Cotswolds. Room was clean, air conditioned and the parking was fine, but the location means it is a little noisy. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fayre and the evening meal was better than we expected, but we did have to ask for the special evening deal... More

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Premier Inn Oswestry where we were visiting for a family wedding. A nice looking hotel with a pleasant pub next door. I think it was called Oswald's Cross if I remember correctly. There was plenty of parking spaces available, including ample disabled parking. We were welcomed warmly at Reception and given the... We booked the hotel a few months ago for two nights august bank holiday whilst attending a wedding nearby. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Staff are always available on reception to help with any enquiries. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and cater for all your needs. Breakfast... More

We had a family room and breakfast and it was all up to scratch. The room was clean, everything worked, breakfast is a generous choice. My only complaint was the automaton on reception. OK, I wasn't in a good mood having driven some distance and then being faced with a long diversion to get to the hotel. I put my... More

Good hotel with friendly staff, room clean, bed comfy , could do with a bigger TV and free wifi (not just the 30 mins). No internal noise but early noise from outside due to traffic and road works. Breakfast was great, friendly service, cooked to order and very fresh, couldn't fault it. Unfortunately couldn't say the same for dinner, ate... More
