Simply, this place is a disaster, cold, uninviting with totally uninterested staff. Avoid at all costs, even though these premises are in a prime location and could make money, no one seems interested. it was like visiting a bar I once frequented in Eastern Germany, but that , at least, had atmosphere.

Called in by chance a year ago, visited every week since. The food is always lovely and the staff have always been happy to accommodate any of the picky eaters we have with us. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Called in here on a Sunday. Place was empty (should have took that as a warning) staff were not very welcoming and menu was limited. Ordered our food which came straight away, no doubt from the microwave! The beef lasagne was a ready meal, the type you can buy in any supermarket and they charged £8.00! Roast dinner was not... We went here for the first time last Sunday. We were on our way back from Severn Valley Park. The restaurant was quite busy but we ordered our drinks and were shown a table as we wanted Sunday lunch. I must say the meal and service was 5 star which did not at all reflect on the value 2 star... More

stopped here on the way to our sons in Kidderminster. Ordered sunday lunch from a limited menu. I ordered pork and my husband beef, and two childrens meals for our grandchildren. Waited quite a while, even though only two other diners there. I was told when I ordered the pork that there would be no crackling served with the meal... More

Lovely little country pub with friendly staff and a warm welcome. The lady behind the bar couldn't have made us feel more at home and although we didn't try the food on this occasion we will certainly be back.

Nice quick service, friendly bar and waitress stAff, you get alot for your money but its nothing special, we had the sunday roast which comes with unlimated veg and gravy and it also come with mash which is a bonus in my eyes! A busy bank holiday in Morville as the flower festival was on and weather was good so after the festival we popped over to the Acton assuming they would be serving all day, which they were but then got a back log of orders so decided to stop serving food til the evening! Just wish the waitress had told me... More

I'm one of a dozen discerning senior citizens who go to lunch every two weeks. We've visited a lot of restaurants/pubs/bars in Shropshire over the past ten years. We read some of the reviews for this restaurant and almost missed a great lunch. We arrived around 12.25 and were having our starters about 12.50 and the mains about 1.20 ...... More
