A warm welcome and helpful service. Rooms are clean and tidy, Bridal Suite impressive, standard double very good. A bit quirky but has charm. Restaurant looks good but never tried it however the breakfast was very good.

I found this hotel to be very different from any I have previously stayed in.Full of character and warmth.Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.A proper Cotswold hotel with all the quirks and I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Had the most fantastic service the room was clean beds fab, the place was as good as any five star hotel i have stayed in, a true Gem of witney, Julian the Landlord i must say could not of been more accomidating.

This hotel is revolting. I think the owner of this hotel is driven by self interest. I come to this conclusion because any decent business person would be ashamed taking decent money of people for these rooms. Damp, dirty, smelly, dropping to bits. I'm writing this review FROM the hotel. In short, it's brilliant. Great value for money, wonderful rooms, and the best customer service I've experienced in a very long while. I can't recommend this place enough, and I wont stay anywhere else. The owners/managers are simply wonderful and if you stay somewhere else you'll be dissapointed.
