this is an ideal B&B with regard to location, comfort, charm and the breakfast. I don't know anyone who was disappointed with Corncroft and it deserves its excellent reputation. There are a few decent pubs serving good food nearby, so once you have parked there is really no need to get back in the car again.

Well maintained, clean, tastefully decorated rooms and excellent, caring, service by the Owner, Richard Turner. There is an ample choice of breakfast options, all prepared upon your request. One of the best B&B I have visited in England!

We have stayed at Corncroft on two occasions. Proprietor Richard Turner maintains a high standard of accommodation. He keeps the place spotless and offers a first-class breakfast at a reasonable cost. We had no complaints and woudn't hesitate to recommend Corncroft Guesthouse to anyone. You will not be disappointed. We also had excellent dinners across the road at "The Horseshoes".

Fantstic B&B great rooms decorated in excellent taste. My husband uses the Guest House on business and I have stayed with him on occasions. The rooms and service are great and within walking distance of the main town. I always look forward to staying there due to the personal and professional service from Richard.

Stayed two nights 28th & 29th March 2015. The room was lovely and warm with a four poster bed; and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was situated at the front of the building, we slept well and did not hear any outside noise. Breakfast was first class, served with a smiley face (an edible one!), brilliant sausages... This was an excellent B&B in a good location in Whitney. Our host was very helpful and when we asked him for directions to a laundromat, he kindly washed my husband’s shirts himself to save us the effort. We were on a walking tour and had just walked 18 km, so we were most grateful for his kindness. Our front... More

Was in Witney for a wedding and booked this guest house. I was very pleased with the room and excellent shower. Breakfast is a buffet and it was delicious. Very friendly welcome and Witney itself is a lovely town with lots to do. Considering a visit in the summer.

Recent one night stay, could not fault at all. Room was beautiflly furnished, high quality bedding and very clean, with added little extras making this a very welcoming stay. Attentive owner without being overbearing. Breakfast was of very high quality, with lots of choice, nothing was too much trouble. Good central location for exploring Witney and surrounding areas. Would definately... More

For anyone lucky enough to be visiting Witney near Oxford, this is the place to stay! The room was excellent and attention to detail was exceptional. Thoughtful proprietor and top breakfast finished off a great short break. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Corncroft Guest House for one night. The room was beautifully furnished, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Had a fantastic nights sleep. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in and to have a huge four poster bed was great. Well worth staying there.
