Eynsham Hall is beautiful. The grounds are stunning and the external facade is breathtaking. Unfortunately this may cause a deeper disappointment when you get to your room, because there is no comparison. We stayed in one of the lodge rooms. It was a very compact room. Bed up against wall so not handy for an early hours visit to the... More

Eynsham hall is a lovely old stately home, very impressive to view on arrival with rabbits in the gardens and sculpted hedges. The food we had for breakfast was grand with an adequate selection and there is ample free parking. No complaints on the staff front either. In general it's a nice place to stay. However, having purchased a stay... More

We stayed a night and were accommodated in the lodge. To be honest, room was tiny. The double bed was pushed completely to the wall on one side, so getting off the bed was only possible from one side. Bathroom was tiny as well. The hotel itself looks stunning and the grounds are well maintained but if you can, stay... More

We stayed in the 'cottage' at Eynsham Hall last week for four nights. We had lovely comfortable stay and liked it very much.I booked in February in advance and paid at the time of booking on a no cancellation policy. Because of this we got a really good deal for bed and breakfast. The first sight of the 'Hall' as... More

We stayed here during a trip based around attending a Nocturne concert at Blenheim. The hotel is a mere 10 minutes or so drive from Blenheim and so was very convenient. The concert (Ludovico Einaudi,) was brilliant by the way! The hotel and grounds are very stylish- the building itself is not the original but is has been fully restored... More

Attended a course being held at Eynsham Park and found the facilities to be very good in a traditional setting. The refreshments were good and the simple sandwich & chips lunch was plentiful and tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Nick.

We stayed in the Eynsham Hall Lodge for 2 nights in June 2015. When I booked the hotel we had two options, stay in the main hall (as in the picture) or in the Lodge, which is right next to the Hall but a separate building. The Lodge was cheaper (approx £75 per night for 2, including breakfast). The rooms... More

A group of friends went for afternoon tea to celebrate a significant birthday. Good range of cakes and sandwiches plenty of tea on offer. Service was good we were left alone and no one wanted to move us on eventhough the bar where teas are served was getting busy.

Large well maintained grounds to relax in. Very good fresh food in the restaurant and bar in the evenings. The prices are fairly high but no higher than a lot of chain hotels, however the quality is much better. Quite reasonable breakfast. Friendly helpful and efficient staff. A very spacious relaxation and reading area stocked with lots of old books.... More

Had a real bargain stay off season, and based on some critical reviews of the annexe rooms, we really lucked out with a room in the main hall. The charming and helpful staff, tons of amazing atmosphere, unbeatable location, plus a great breakfast thrown in, were all impossible to fault. Downsides: The room and it's furniture matched the age of... More
