We stayed one night in the main hall for my birthday. Looking at some of the reviews I was apprehensive. I need not have worried It was lovely, the staff were very friendly, our room was spacious & the food excellent. The setting is magical & we hope to return for a longer stay later in the year. Would definitely... More

We stayed here 3 days in April & had a wonderful time. Staff is very friendly, the building is fabulous and the garden is perfect for a stroll. There is even a pool & a small sauna. Breakfast superb. In the evenings we had a wine in the bar with a book - which was very cosy. I will recommend... More

I spent one night at Eynsham Hall and wished I had spent the weekend. It feels like an Alice in Wonderland place or an old family estate. The room was small and I actually had to switch because of poor internet connection. It definitely needs some major updating in comfort especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

James and Amy were married in a college chapel in Oxford and then made their way to Eynsham Hall for the reception. What a truly wonderful day it was. Everything - and I really do mean everything - at Eynsham Hall was superb. We were welcomed most warmly by Hotel Staff and also a toastmaster in his wonderful red jacket.Drinks... More

Stayed here and the staff, venue and service are first class. Nice bar and restaurant served by please ant helpful staff. But be careful of the local taxi service to and from the railway station. On the way there the fare for two was £7.60. On the return journey same time, same route the next day , same taxi firm... More

I stayed here recently for a training course and booked an extra night before hand. The house and grounds are stunning. There are rooms in Jacobian/Arts & Crafts style Edwardian main house and also newer purpose-built accommodation blocks. My room was in the main house, so benefitted from some period features, including metal framed windows and high ceilings. It had... More

I have visited this hotel regularly over the last 3 years. So I am pleased to say that the recent refurbishments are great and only enhances an already good hotel. My visits are short and are for business but it would be ideal for a country hotel weekend. My only gripe before was the patchy wi-fi. Even this is vastly... More

We ran a two day workshop here for a group of ten and the facilities here are excellent for this purpose. The hotel has all the charm of an old English country estate, but has been significantly refurbished, so has all of the modern luxuries as well. My room, overlooking the English countryside was fantastic. The place is big enough... More

A last minute break for us and a real treat. Beautiful surroundings, grounds are very pretty and the ground floor interior is stunning (Jacobean style), with welcoming hall and bar with plenty of seats and tables for drinks and snacks. Bedroom decor and general upkeep leaves something to be desired good do with a refurb, our bed was also tiny,... More
