The Swan Hotel is in the heart of Thame. The Swan is a lovely 15th century building and because of this we can not provide wheelchair access for our guests. Here at The Swan we have 5 en suite double bedrooms all of our booking prices include a cooked breakfast in the morning. Internet access is available all over the hotel.Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays we have event on in the bar downstairs. We also have an outside smoking area for our customers.

This old bar in the heart of Thame is brilliant. A great place to sit and chat in front of a log burner. Bar staff are always friendly. Well worth a visit and the other bar users are always willing to Hoing in a conversation

We stayed one night following a wedding reception nearby. In general the room and toilet was clean and the bed and linen was very clean. Very quiet too. Tea and coffee facilities most welcome. Loads of choice for breakfast including a very full English breakfast. This is a 15th century building with lovely oak beams and charm. Thanks to Nicky and her staff.

Room was quite small but clean and the bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. Breakfast was good without a fixed time (up to 9.30) which suited us. Although payment was taken up front it did mean we could just leave straightaway.

We spent one night in the Cromwell Room at the Swan. The room was well maintained in period style and very comfortable. Cooked breakfast was delicious, and our hosts were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a historic location and the town is worth a visit.

Always a pleasant stay. Some rooms need updating but staff helpful and food is good. Free parking behind the hotel. Quit a lot of steps to upstairs rooms and no lift. Helpfully stored items and arranged for them to be sent to me

My wife and I popped into the Swan yesterday evening for a quick drink whilst we decided on where to eat. I had an ordinary pint of bitter and my wife had an ordinary single gin and tonic: £9.20 !! Of course, we won't be going there again and would caution anyone else about the prices.

Genuine old coaching inn right next to the market square. Free parking overnight. Handy for Thame town centre. Surprisingly quiet given location. Quirky modernised and comfortable rooms. Proper pub downstairs. Magnificent freshly cooked to order breakfast.

Stayed here 1 night. Room was small but ok for price paid. However, the bathroom had definitely seen better days , it smelled damp and shower surround was pretty grotty. Maintenance of property is required. Breakfast was certainly plentiful but it was a case of quantity over quality, however the cook was friendly. Beware if staying in Cromwell room, the noise of the sign hanging outside the front of the hotel will keep you awake if it is slightly windy outside and it was very annoying, we did not sleep well at all.

We were on a day out in Thame & stopped off at The Swan Hotel for a drink. Very nice Bar, the Locals were up at the Bar chatting & laughing, a nice friendly atmosphere. The Barmaid was Polite & Happy, and a Nice Pint was had. If you are in Thame, pop into The Swan Hotel for a Drink, it's worth a visit.
