LOCATION The Abingdon Premier Inn is conveniently located on the outskirts of town. It has excellent transport links, being close to the main A34, but is on a major road junction and opposite the Police Station. As has been mentioned before, the local Police are not afraid to make use of sirens at all hours and as such the noise... More

Abingdon , along with our stays at other Premier Inns at Poole , Tonbridge and Newheaven where so similar that we immediately felt comfortable and at home . They were bright and clean so we did not worry about them being dark , dirty , or unhealthy . Breakfasts excellent and a 'must do ' . Restaurants and bars comfortable... More

Last minuet booking, told on the phone that the rooms were hot and there is no A/C. Parking was plentiful, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained where our room was located and thankfully it was right next to the reception. On entering the room there was a fan on and the window was slightly open which I... More

Stayed for just one night, possibly the hottest in July so far! In all respects hotel excellent, as is the Beefeater restaurant next door, as well as being good value for money. Beds and bedding options excellent. Good facilities. It was a bit noisy being on the main road, but this was probably because we had to have all the... More

Stayed one night in June. The hotel is right on a busy roundabout, next to a Beefeater and opposite MacDonalds. I had a 2nd floor room(the top floor) overlooking the roundabout. The room itself was huge -bigger than my first flat! The bed was extremely comfy, and at one end of the room, the small tv, fan, kettle etc at... More

We checked in to the Abingdon Premier Inn late on Wednesday night. The rooms were very good, well maintained and on the large side for this chain, although that was not reflected in the window size. The windows also cannot be opened very wide (safety restriction) but this meant that the rooms were sauna-hot. Whilst the hotel had provided sheets... More

Friendly, helpful, staff, who did all they could to assist during our stay and very child friendly. The food was very good with an excellent dinner menu for children in the restaurant. The rooms were slightly small for a family of five.

Although on a busy roundabout the room was extremely quiet. Only stayed one night but would stay longer. The restaurant was very busy with all categories of people from young families to oldies like us.

I stay here each May whilst working at the nearby Abingdon Air & Country Show. I always find this a pleasant Premier Inn with very friendly and helpful staff and pleased to report it was still the same. I always ask for a ground floor room and this was accommodated again. The room was clean and tidy with a wonderful... More

We stayed here for one night to attend a family gathering on May Bank holiday Sunday. A few days before I received two e-mails from the hotel giving me information on directions, car parking, check-in/out, breakfast, lunch & dinner and taxis companies should we require one. I also received a courtesy call from the hotel a couple of days before... More
