Staff all friendly. Stayed in a suite which was very large and lovely bathroom, great comfy bed. Food in the bar in the evening was lovely, very tasty and good service. The only down side was the coffee at breakfast but you can't have everything. Nice clean hotel. Would visit again.

Myself and some friends went to see the ex-Arsenal and England footballer do an evening at the hotel. It was my first visit and I was vert impressed. The hotel has a decent sized function room, the food we had was excellent and really good value. The bar prices were very reasonable for a hotel, 5 drinks for about £15!... More

Upgraded ourselves to an executive room on arrival with no problems and rally pleased we did. The room was large and spacious, well decorated and with all mod cons. The bathroom was very nicely done, it even gave us some ideas on how to decorate our bathroom at home. We used the bar area one evening and had a meal... More

Easy booking and check in, Comfortable clean room, great food and freindly staff, nothing seems to be to much bother, highly recommended stay for visiting local attractions, not a long commute to meadow hall shopping.

This was our third visit to this hotel, but the first time with our dog. We have always upgraded before, but this was not possible with the dog, so I wondered what a "standard" room would be like. The room overlooked the courtyard/car park, but was quiet. As usual, a comfy bed in a clean warm room. Tea making facilities... More

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly, and couldn't do enough to help. I must say that the chef ought to know the difference between fish finger and fish bits!! The waiters did all they could to make amends for this.

Pretty central in the town so handy for most things. The check in was swift and easy. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses both a big saggy in the middle but still a decent nights sleep was had. Even though the hotel wasn't too busy the car park was full, there's... More
