Let down totally for us, having paid for internet (which worked OK) there is only one, very uncomfortable, plastic chair provided and no work desk. The counter /bench is far too high to write or use a laptop. Staff could provide no second chair or table and said it's Travelodge standard. Very unsatisfactory in this respect. All else as one... Exactly what I was expecting. With the imminent closure of the Little Chef there will be no catering at the location meaning travelling into the nearby Village or Newark. That said the staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions.

Travelodges are getting far better and this is one of them. Access is awkward if your heading from the opposite direction but believe your sat Nav, as you go between a narrow access between houses. Have to say the little chef was the most weird one we have ever visited, slighty obscure to say the least.

The Travelodge was well situated for the purpose of my trip. A visit to the Newark show ground for a Motorcycle show. I found the accommodation was excellent with a very friendly atmosphere. There were not enough power sockets in the room for the average person. There were a total of three, a double one with the TV in and... More

Stopped here a few times whilst visiting family. Good location, zero road noise, nicely furnished rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom has a decent size bath and shower and there is an on-site pub that serves a good breakfast and evening meal.which can be included in your room price.

Arrived at 1am on sub-zero night. Warm welcome, warm, spotless room. What more could I ask? Well, as it turns out, I could ask for the facility from TripAdvisor to write a slightly shorter review, when I've said it all.

This Travelodge was the best value I could find when attending the recent Lincoln Christmas market. As you would expect from Travelodge the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the tea-making facilities were all there making it un-necessary to cart travel kettle etc around.

My family stayed here for one night and it was brilliant, we had 2 rooms they were both spotless and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful, there were lovely thick clean towels and everything you could need in the bathroom, shower gel, hair wash and we were even able to get a hair dryer from the reception

Very friendly welcome and whilst the facilities are basic the rooms are very clean. And the beds are comfy. There's a respectable checkout time of midday and the beds where so comfy we had an unexpected lie in.
