This review is about the restaurant, not the hotel side. Have been regularly for lunch but this time it was amazing. Mothers 81st birthday was made really special. They had decorated the table with little hearts and flowers. Bubbles poured on arrival and the best treat for Mum - Lobster thermidor instead of what she ordered. The chef cooked it... More

We were meant to have a hotel room but got moved to the studio in the converted stable block (i think). The room was very spacious, clean and contemporary with complimentary tea and coffee. It had French doors that opened up to a grassed area which was lovely (probably would jot be so great when caravans are hooked up opposite)... More

We go away once a year with friends and always book a lodge that sleeps 3 couples and have never been disappointed with what we've booked. There were several upsides and downsides to this lodge, we stayed in the Moshannan Lodge and although from first appearances it looked lovely, it was a little on the small side. The bedrooms were... Looking for overnight accommodation I came across this hotel. Glad I decided to book. Huge room with a pleasant view over the countryside. Friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant as it's out on it's own a bit but food was hot, tasty and reasonably priced. £10 to put a camping bed in the room didn't take up too much... More

I stayed in the Lakeview Lodge over Easter weekend with my Husband and another couple. We were greeted by the most friendliest staff at reception. We arrived several hours early before check in and we were able to leave our luggage at reception whilst we went out to do some food shopping in Mansfield which is about a ten min... More

My husband and I stayed with another couple over easter weekend in the lakeview lodge. we were greeted by the most friendly staff at the redbrick house and were directed towards our lodge. The lodge was in an ideal location, picturesque and so tranquil. The lodge itself was incredible. Very clean, had all the luxuries that we weren't expecting. one... More

This was for all intents and purposes a sombre occasion as i was attending the funeral of my best friend nearby. i was totally blown away by this place, the setting itself was lovely even though just off a busy main road, quickly greeted by the friendliest of ginger cats i was further impressed by the service i received at... I stayed here for several nights in January with an elderly relative. The staff were exceptionally very kind and helpful. Nothing seemed too much bother. The food was excellent. The rooms we had were both spacious and warm, with a pleasant outlook.

Redbrick House is a hotel and venue in its own right, however upon booking my holiday via Hoseasons we booked to stay at Redbrick Woodland Lodges it's not made really clear I expected an entrance/reception all to its self. Upon arrival a dated sign for the hotel with a smaller sign low to the ground in purple was advertised for... More
